I have been staying at hotels across the country and this one by far has the best breakfast out of all of them, and it's about 5 different hotels! They were also kind enough to let us use one of the exterior outlets to charge our car. If they had not, I don't think we would have made it to the next charging station, so I really appreciate them going out of their way to help us (we provided our own extension cable). They are pet friendly, which is super important to me, since my pet is my family! The room was also very clean and comfortable. Parking is plentiful and easy.

the beds were super comfortable & the room was incredibly clean. the shower water pressure was incredible & HOT for those who need that after a long day of hiking. + rooms also seemed to be pretty soundproof, hardly could hear noise unless it was directly in front of the door. first time staying at sleep inn & definitely will be back for the comfy beds

breakfast wasn’t as pictured, & while the listing does say it has a rotating continental breakfast menu, the breakfast was definitely not up to the hype as others mentioned in reviews. we were pretty disappointed for the same breakfast we could get at a super 8 motel. the room, bed & shower were still worth the value, but do not expect an omelette station.

The check in was so easy and fast! Kali was so helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were super comfortable, everything was clean. They have water and coffee and tea available 24/7. A nice little shop for beverages or a snack. The outside was clean . Parking was easy!

The pool was closed but just because they are making upgrades so no big deal.

It's what you would expect from a Sleep Inn, modern, clean, comfortable, and had a decent breakfast in the morning. I like that it was located outside downtown Idaho Falls. I had a lot of stuff in my car and felt like it was safe in the parking lot overnight. The staff was also very friendly.

The gal at the check inn desk was great . I had traveled 600 miles and when I went to check in she walked me through everything step by step. She even gave me dinner suggestions. Everyone working there was exceptional.kudos to your company for hiring such wonderful people. Thank you !

Everything was great

The room was very clean along with the rest of the facility. Only disappointment was the carpet by the door looked like an animal tried to eat it. The concrete under the carpet and pad was showing. Even with that I wouldn't think twice about staying there again.

Delicious breakfast buffet. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Air conditioner in my room made horrible noise and the manager graciously moved me to another room.

I wish there would have been some type of restaurant within easy walking distance.

Good place. In transition to another company so renovations were taking place. They didn't disrup us as we were there only over night.

One of the queen mattresses was not comfortable.

Loved the room, bed, shower, temp control, clean and on grd level. Loved coffee and tea at night.

Didn't realize how close we were to the pool- right beside. Would ask for a room away from pool and gym next time. One door down would have been perfect. We chose not to complain as the family using the pool were letting their kids unwind before bed. I'm sure we all slept soundly after that ...lol.

I high recommend, extremely clean room, comum areas very clean, quiet, good breakfast “American Style “, free. Parking and WiFi , very cozy and comfortable bed. I was impressed, because we had never stayed at this hotel chain.
