Breakfast was great! Location was perfect for what we needed. The staff was prompt and very pleasant. The lighting at the bed was well thought out with a main light and a separate pinpoint light for reading. The room layout is a welcome change from the usual. The thickness of blanket options are nice.

The bathroom door, being opaque glass, shows the light in the rest of the room while other guests are trying to sleep. While the sheets, blankets and pillows are very nice, the bed we got this time was quite firm and uncomfortable for us. The first time we stayed in Rexburg, we had a wonderfully comfortable bed. Overall, the visit was great and these two little discomforts will not deter us from staying again.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were beautiful! Scott the maintenance man was excellent and told us about things that he was working on as to make sure we were comfortable. One housekeeper was amazing (sorry don't know her name), she made my kids have such a special time when she setup their stuffed animals after cleaning our room. It was awesome!

There were some unruly guests in the pool that caused some issues and damage. The staff tried there best with them.

It was a nice stay in Idaho Falls. Clean room with a interesting layout and modern style. It had free parking, good complimentary breakfast and a nice pool area.

It is not that close to downtown, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

Selection and presentation superior to many other “free breakfast” offerings at other facilities. Because we were in town for a funeral, we requested a late check out and that was extended with no question.

The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer. Also there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bath, toilet area.

The sofa mattress is not comfortable No sheets, blankets and pillows for the sofa, I had to ask 4 times to have it all, but the staff was helpful and trying to do well. Coffee machine was broken.

Location was weird. Extremely close to the river. Felt a bit sorry for locals that had to put up with/endure this type of development.

Exceptional rooms, beautiful design, clean and comfortable

It was opposite a power plant which made a humming noise. We could barely hear it from the room but moved rooms to the back and couldn’t hear it so all okay.

Area, clean, breakfast, bag watching, farmers market, riverside, couch.

Window facing building renovations

It was clean, great staff, and very peacful. After traveling all day, it was a great place to rest. Bonus was the beautiful view location. We definitely took some time to enjoy the peacefulness of the river.

Nice and clean

Construction next door. The staff checking in wasn’t talking to me. She was talking to another employee about another guest and about comping someone’s room so she only talked to me about inserting my card in the pinpad
