The rooms were clean. I like that they have nice colors in the walls that made me feel at home even though the rooms were very basic in furniture and services, but everything was comfortable for us to have a good time there.

I called a day before. I was told that we would be able to check in at 1pm instead of 3pm. Once we got there, the girl at the front desk kept us waiting and waiting until they had available rooms. I came back at 2:58 pm to check in, and she literally checked her phone and almost told me to wait... but since she saw the time, then she let us check in. It looked like she just kept us intentionally waiting as it didn't seem for her to be checking the system if we were able to check in. Anyway, that was very annoying but besides than that we were able to have a good time once we got in the rooms.

No breakfast Trouble locating the site after booking and enroute to the site - the address did not automatically load and the map did not address my current location. Liked the flooring(not carpet) seemed cleaner choice

Freezer and fridge did not work Shower floor seemed to have coffee or tea poured in after the cleaner was through or stain needed work. One pillow smelled like dirty hair

This hotel is great and they make you feel safe to stay there. The location is great being right off the interstate. They don't hide anything from you at all from the beginning and no hidden fees. It is great to have the ability to have your animals with you and no extra charge. I love this hotel and try to stay here every chance I get.

I love this hotel.

The motel was renovated and looked fresh. I was preparing for much worse conditions and was surprised. The room is clean and we liked over 1 night stay there. FYI: The variety of coffee flavors were good.

Bathroom door is extremely close to the toilet and we stayed in front of the reception and the soundproof of the room door is not that great(but we haven’t heard the neighbors, the walls are pretty thick).

For the price I was not sure what to expect. But everything was great

Some of the other guests at the hotel were spitting on the property grounds. Gross. Seemed to be area workers, maybe farm workers

The internet was incredibly fast and we used it to play games, stream a movie, and keep in touch with friends/family without issue. The room was clean and the ac was cold. It would have been nice to have more towels or pillows but I'm sure we could have asked for those. Our stay was short so it wasn't too big an issue.

Desk clerk was very personable & helpful. Big shower w/plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. Room very clean & neat. Coffee bar in office much appreciated.

Coffee percolator was not fully plugged in so no coffee made when we left around 7:30. Would have been great to have a cup.

The lady at the check in gave us a heartfelt welcome. We received the room we had asked for. The room was nice, cool and clean.

The room smelled like there had been a dog in there (which is allowed by Motel Rigby). This issue was easily resolved by opening the window for half an hour.

Didn’t stay for breakfast.

No hooks to hang clothes. Not everything goes easily on to a hanger. The hangers are behind the tv, not easily got to. No “counter”space-the table is mostly taken up by the microwave.

A very nice room. Very big and clean and has everything that needed. There is coffee available in the morning. Great location from moving between Yellowstone and grand Teton. Everything clean. 24 hours check in.
