After checking in, I received a few messages on my phone from the agent who checked us in. He wanted to make sure our room was in good condition and we were comfortable:). Our room (two queen bed)was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and delicious. It was thoughtful to provide two waffle makers, one for making regular size waffle and one for making small ones. Check out female staffs were friendly and kind.

The male staff at check in was professional but was like a robot just explaining everything straight without a pause. If he could add some smile and friendliness, he would be perfect. The A/C and refrigerator made some noise and woke me up several times.

The location was perfect to fit our needs. The breakfast was good, I have experienced better breakfast at other hotels that had a better selection, but it was good non-the-less. The staff was very good, very friendly and helpful. The property and the room we were in was very clean and orderly.

Could not sleep soundly and woke up several times trying to find a comfortable position and woke up with neck and shoulder aches. The bed was just not very comfortable at all. That is the only complaint we have of the property.

It was very clean (zero weird smells or stains, even in pet-friendly rooms!), very well maintained, and surprisingly quiet. Movable ottomans provided easy extra seating. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our late check-in and check-out requests. There was a wide breakfast selection. The pool was warm and clean.

The bathrooms had very pretty and stylish sliding barn doors, but they do not lock and have small gaps. The bed platforms were a little too far from the back wall, which allowed our grumpy cat to squeeze herself into the space.

The breakfast was excellent. Great choices with waffles, omlettes, yukon gold potatoes, sausage, cold cereal, milk, yogurt and probably some other things I am forgetting. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and guests. Ample and convenient parking.

I was confused by the message emailed me from Hampton Inn. It spoke about Covid and taking precautions by wearing masks on the property. I didn't see anyone wearing masks. Old message that needs to be updated?

The room had a lot of space in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. The kids loved the breakfast and they have a snack bar you can buy ice cream and popcorn for late night snacks.

There was no hottub and the pool was slightly above bearable for an indoors winter swim. Also, the bathrooms faucet was not fully attached to the wall so who knows what's growing behind the tile. The heater also had a funky smell when it turned on, maybe just needs a good cleaning. 🤞

Hotel is in a great location! Staff was so nice at check-in. They looked for a room per my request and was able to accommodate. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We were really able to relax. The rooms and hotel is quiet. HUGE Bonus. If you want a nice clean, comfortable and quiet room...book here! Highly recommend it. Breakfast was also good. Loved making a pumpkin spice waffle and the dark roast coffee was spectacular.

Breakfast was great. I would have liked some lactose free yoghurt, but otherwise the variety was good and the hot breakfast selections were delicious.

1 Elevator was down while we were there. I wish there was a hot tub. Too many kids in the pool splashing for me to enjoy it. A hot tub would have been nice to relax after a long day.

- Friendly staff - Swimming pool, however it was not too clean. - Complimentary breakfast which we didn’t expect - Rooms are more or less comfortable - Bathroom was brights and shower was comfortable - Breakfast was OK - Free parking near the hotel.

- Quite basic hotel, which is already requires slight renovation I would say. - I can’t say that rooms are very clean.

The Hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. We also like the location as it was close to the University and Downtown, with easy access to the Freeway.

Our only concern was with the pool. The bottom of the pool needs to be cleaned. It would also be nice to add a Hot Tub to the Pool Area.

Most everything was excellent, no complaints.

The hotel and its staff were excellent. The only issue is that the room is very dark. By that, I mean there is there little light in order to read or enjoy the environment. I would suggest more floor lighting be installed. Thanks.
