For being a Motel 6, I must say this was the cleanest one that I've ever seen. The room was just the right size for one night that we were there. Everything in the room was clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and did not mind answering questions that we had.

They did not offer breakfast. They did not have a hair dryer. The TV kept showing that there was troubleshooting but we couldn't figure out what was wrong with it.

Good value, with microwave & TV. Daniel in the lobby gave me another room because I couldn't get a working wifi connection on the second floor. I was visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton from Rexburg because accommodations closer to or in the national parks were way beyond my budget as a solo traveler. The area where the hotel is located seemed safe to me and Rexburg is a pleasant town not as overpriced as the towns near the park's.

The property was clean and in good repair. Front desk staff was very kind. Water pressure was good and shower was hot. Room temperature was easy to control. Pets are welcome, though we didn't have ours with us. The front desk staff called us as soon as they realized I had left my phone there. Luckily, we weren't far and were able to come back to retrieve it.

We had a slow drain in the bathroom sink. I would have liked more blankets, or thicker blankets for our winter time stay.

Good location for Rexburg, room was comfortable and good bathroom. Good access to the main highways. No breakfast but hot drinks available in the morning. Lots of food options nearby in Rexburg. Perfect location for Rexburg parkrun.

Road closure which made getting to the nearby restaurants much longer but hotel can't control that and work should be finished in a couple of months

The property was well taken care of and the location was ideal. Having a washer and dryer came in handy.

There wasn’t a whole lot not to like. If I had a complaint it would be about the people that washed their clothes there were not very attentive of the items they washed and dried. I had to wait a few hours before I can use the washer and dryer.

It was clean and the room was spacious. It had two big beds even though we only needed one. The bathroom was pretty big too. The shower was warm. There was a little fridge that we didn't expect to have. The AC worked very well, and cooled down the room after a hot day in just several minutes. The stuff was very nice and friendly.

There was no elevator. Going up the stairs with a toddler and many bags was hard.

The room is very simple and clean. I like the color scheme and the decor. The shower is big and roomy. Having a small table was nice to sit at.

I don't love that they brush all the animal hair from each room out into the main hall onto the carpet. When you are coming or going you have to walk over piles of animal hair for hours. It is very gross.

The rooms were clean and neat. The bathroom was also clean and had a beautiful mirror. I liked the simplicity of the room and the versatility of the entertainment center. It was a good stay.

The beds were a tad small and not completely comfortable, but they were ok. I don't have many complaints as the stay was short and we got what we paid for. No complaints on cleanliness.

Everything except the non smiling girl that checked us in We felt like we were a bother to her. She didn't greet us or even look at us, no welcome She wouldn't be working for me!!!

check-in staff didn't even stand up at counter when checking in; I had to reach quite far, there was no other traffic and I had to use the trolly to bring in 3 loads of "senior medical equip" - he didn't hold open any doors or offer any assistance
