The location is wonderful. They are about a 6 min car ride to the main mall, or a Wal-Mart Supercenter is right around the corner. The downtown is right outside the hotel. But what is so amazing is the way the area is set up it feels like you are separated from all of this. It is so peaceful, and the landscape is lovely. They have so many trails right out the hotel. We walked the Japanese Garden that is steps from the hotel. My family and I took advantage of this. Mind you it was still snowing and a bit chilly, but we had a blast. There are so many fun things to do with your kids. The museum was right down the street, the aquarium, which was hands on, and all our kids loved it, and a few streets away was bowling! The room was like a huge two-bedroom apartment! Everything was included in the room and by that, I mean the pots, pans, *Tupperware!!! Soaps for the dishwasher, full size shampoo, conditioner and body soap! SO not need to run to the store. The room had a massive living room with a tv, an office table, a table to a family to eat at. ON each side of the living room there was a master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom! Laundry is available 24/7 They have a pool and spa which was being worked on so hopefully next time we can use this. Breakfast is free and you will have so many wonderful options of fresh healthy food to choose from. I have picky eaters and all of them found what they liked easily. I love that the first meal is taken care of making it easier for us to enjoy or trip. I cannot stress this enough; this hotel will surpass your expectations. The staff are so sweet and helpful, with the location and so many things at your doorstep this is a must stay!

The breakfast was good and had plenty of options, I especially liked the waffles. Both days we had breakfast featured sausage only and that’s fine for me but my wife doesn’t like it so maybe Bacon every other day.

There was no alcohol sold at the on-site convenience store. Most Hotels I stay at have a couple small bottles of wine and a couple of beers to choose from.

Excellent property. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was also very cordial and polite.

The furnace in the room was a little noisy. Otherwise the room was excellent. I just didn’t just the best nights sleep because every time the furnace turned on it would wake me. This was a suite that had a furnace, but a PAC unit under the window. Otherwise the room was every quiet.

The parking was incredible because we had to rent a big U-haul . You have a big parking lot to accommodate a Big U-haul truck. Thank you again for your wonderful staff . The views and the walks were beautiful on your property.

We like everything

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast very good. Lots of choice, hot and cold options and plenty to choose from. Pool area was quiet and very inviting. Good place to stay if you have a dog.

Noisy AC at times.

My husband and son loved the breakfast every morning. It was very convenient....

The pool was a bit chilly.... In the past visits it was a lot warmer, and we could enjoy it more with the family. But nope its toooo cold!

Comfortable hotel - large room - bathroom - kitchen. Relatively well placed.

Some healthier options at breakfast would have been appreciated.

Excellent hotel! Brilliant location. Fantastic staff. We arrived with an extra person above our original booking and we were upgraded to a two room suite. Staff were all really helpful.

Everything. We were created well, invited to stroll the gardens right across the way, the pool and hot tub were outstanding, our room was so clean and the beds so comfortable. And breakfast was exceptional for a free hotel breakfast.

I wish fast free internet had been provided.

Everything! The staff, the attention to detail, the pool, the room… it was all wonderful.

If there was room for improvement it would just be the parking.
