The location is everything, right in the center of all shopping and restaurants. We went here for the pool, as we are local and the pool is open 24/7. Biggest complaint is the water was so cold, we couldn't enjoy it. The hot pool was clean and water warm but jets were broke. The bed was comfy, the room was a plus nice as well.

There was a noise ALL night long. It sounded like a helicopter. I opened the window since the facility is by the hospitals but nope that wasn't it. Not sure what it was but it was so bothersome. We didn't get a good night sleep. Not sure if we'll be back.

The front desk staff, Laura & Hallie, were awesome! I booked a Deluxe King room thru booking.com & requested a room on an upper floor. When my husband & I checked in the hotel was quite full & Laura worked her magic to make sure we got a room on an upper floor. She upgrading us to a King Bed, Deluxe Executive Room with a fireplace & sitting area at no additional cost. The room was comfortable, cozy, & everything worked. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job. Our room was very clean, even the mini fridge, microwave, & coffee pot. Breakfast was very good & we had several items to select from.

The only issue had to do with a faulty 3rd floor elevator button that sticks & doesn't light up unless you hold it down really hard. We witnessed several guests taking the stairs from the 3rd floor to the lobby because they couldn't get the button to work. My husband showed several other guests how to get the button to work, including a lady with a small child & luggage cart. He reported the issue to Hallie at the front desk & suggested she tape a note next to the faulty elevator button. Hallie immediately typed up a note with brief instructions on how to activate the button & taped it above the faulty button. She also said the hotel was aware of the issue & it had been reported to hotel management/ownership several months ago & no action has been taken to fix the issue.

Sofia who helped me was amazing, she really handles herself well. A lady was yelling at her and blaming her for her card declining and Sofia stayed composed and calm to still help her. While Sofia was helping a line of people, other customers needed help such as towels and other things and she stayed calm and still took care of them. honestly you should have at least one more person during peaks times to help her. F-ing needy people bombarding her with questions and needs.

Rooms were spacious. The full hot breakfast was fantastic. We booked here for the pool and hot tub but unfortunately it was broken during our visit.

Our room was directly across the elevator platform which was noisy with people getting ice and rolling their luggage racks in and out of the elevator. Also the 24/7 music which came out of speakers in the platform area was too loud. I had to roll up a towel and lay it on the floor across the bottom of the door threshold to block out as much sound as I could.

Breakfast was great, nice variety, property & rooms are clean with a newer feel to them. the pool & hot tub were great, both were warm & enjoyable, 24/7 was a bonus for us. we were not up late but just knowing we didnt have to rush was nice.

it is about 5miles from the interstate. if you do anything in town like go to chic fil et it is close by but a ways from the interstate.

Loved the room. It was exactly what we were told about the room. Bed was a little hard to sleep in due to mattress. We are senior citizens and were not used to such a hard bed, Otherwise the room was a very nice place. Loved the cleaning ladies so sweet and helpful if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming again. Thanks so much for making us feel so good while we stayed there. You are a wonderful team

The king bed was hard.

Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from but the hot food was not that great was just kinda hot. I feel like the hashbrowns could’ve been cooked more and it would’ve been nice to have something other than sausage at times but all of the fresh food was good and the juice was great.

We stopped in this hotel on the way from Las Vegas to Calgary in Canada. The staff was very friendly, check-in took only a couple of minutes. There were free cookies and coffee available for guests 24/7. Our room was spacious and beds were comfortable and large. Washroom was big. Breakfast items were typically continental, however there were also sausages and eggs available.

Nightly rate was a bit overpriced given its location. One waffle maker was broken in the breakfast area.

The place is good, standard breakfast, standard room. It's not exactly "new" place, but all good for overnight stay. We haven't try the pool, but it was looking rather big. There was an EV charging.

The window at your room was broken (glass rupture), nevertheless no issue at all with it. Location is on the side of the city, but no problems while one is with the car.

Reception and breakfast staff are delightful. The reception staff are helpful and want to make sure you have a pleasant stay. They get a 10 out of 10 from me. Enjoyed the pool., clean, and plenty of towels. Good opening hours Hotel very clean.

No fresh fruit at breakfast. We are from the UK and have struggled with the universal experience of a lack of anything fresh to eat in the mornings, lots of salt and sugar. Even the packets of porridge have salt in them. A bowl of oranges, apples, and bananas would be fantastic
