The burger place was excellent the bartender was incredible, the veggie burger was bomb the check in person was great but needs support staff, c'mon Hilton makes a mint, pay people. The room was spotless and I could have lived there forever.

Staff use of the N. Word in casual conversation but it's "Idaho" that is just how you all talk? Right? Honestly in the time I was there you had a diverse clientele and it was very disappointing. The hotel didn't offer breakfast at that higher than normal pricing and it's way too far from anything even with a car.

We both tried something new unfortunately unfortunately we didn’t care too much more and there was not very much variety

When I went downstairs to let them know about the broken phone and the door not being screwed in or not put together correctly that they was baffled that I was letting them know because I didn’t want them to assume it was me and be charged and then they had an attitude Basically letting me know that they didn’t believe me they would let the cameras do the talking, which was perfectly fine when he came to the door would be a little bit harder for them to tell but it’s a reason I had went down to talk to them

Hotel and staff were wonderful. Bed extremely comfortable with good pillows. Clean.

The reservation we made through Booking.com was not found when we arrived. Both hotel staff and I attempted to contact booking.com to no satisfaction. Fortunately the hotel did have availability and the staff was excellent in getting us into a room and resolving the issue. Haven’t dealt with this issue with Booking.com before, and this was a huge disappointmennt

Loved the size of the room and pool and fitness hours. Burger theory is the restaurant in location was really good food. Service was great there morning was extremely slow because there was only one person working. She was doing the cooking hosting and serving. Still great service and food. Hotel was clean and location was great for us!!

The Breakfast offered by the restaurant was Pitiful! It took 10 minutes to get seated....then over an Hour to get our food (it wasn't that busy) and then my husband's omelette had Egg Shells throughout it. But, at least we know it was made with real eggs!

Easy freeway access, but not close for highway noise.Beds were very comfortable and the on premises restaurant offered a wide range of available menu items.

When we first arrived, access to tv and internet service was unavailable due to weather conditions. A subsequent phone call was made to each room indicating that service was restored, but the call was made after 10:30 pm in the evening. This disturbed those who had already gone to sleep.

The rooms were clean, and the Front Desk people were very helpful .

The lady working that morning at the restaurant was not very helpful. Didn't offer to refill our drinks. We were the only family eating at that time, and she was not interested in doing her job.

Location and size of room

Looks little beat up. Marks in the tub. Caulking on tub is failing. Bathroom vanity is water damaged. Carpets stained. The leg on an arm chair in the room is bent. The room was clean otherwise.

Fast elevators. Good sized pool. Snacks are available in the lobby.

There was no communication on how breakfast worked. We got 2 vouchers when we checked in but nothing was said about getting more vouchers for the remaining days. We then thought maybe you only provided breakfast for one day. Would have been nice to have more information on how things worked. Also the mini fridge wasn't cold and there was no adjustment.
