Loved that it was right on the River Walk, and still cheaper than any other hotel we found. And friendly helpful staff.

Loud drunk people yelling at 2 am outside, a few doors over, although that's not the hotels fault. Cleaning staff does an excellent job EXCEPT for under the beds. There were old water bottles, little bits of trash, and it looked like it had never been dusted.

From the outside, the hotel doesn't look like much however, the rooms look up to date. We rented a king size and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options, waffles, toast, bagels, Danish, eggs, sausage and bacon, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, fruit juice, cereal.

I appreciate the outside lighting if you are coming back to your room after dark however, the curtain in our room did not close completely so the room was not completely dark and I have a hard time sleeping with light on. I know they can't control the people who stay there, but I would just like to say, if you are staying in a hotel, keep the music down so the people in the room next to you don't hate you.

The outside is old, we were a little concerned when we drove up…. But the rooms are more spacious than most and completely updated… plug ins for devices were everywhere. The falls were right outside the front door… it was a great location

The outside was a deterrent… I went inside trying to decide if I’d be asking if we could cancel…. But the lobby was clean and modern and so were the rooms we were pleased

We had at first, reservations at Rodeway Inn, next to Quality Inn Rodeway was deplorable, couldn't stay there. The reception desk (who were terrific) got us into a beautiful room at Quality Inn with a balcony facing the river and we were thrilled! The room was large and modern. We had a great time. Would absolutely stay there again. Breakfast was great too. Lots of great places to walk our doggies.

I was very surprised at how nice this hotel was based on the bargain price. It's located right on the gorgeous river walk! It was very clean, spacious and modern. Our check in clerk was so nice. Free hot breakfast was great.

Cleanning. Bathroom needs more attention to details. 🚿 SHOWER 🛁 WAS KIND OF DIRTY, 😔 THERE WAS ONE HAIR PIN IN THE SHOWER. FAUCETS NEED TO BE CLEAN 🫧 REALLY WELL. 🪞 MIRROR WAS DIRTY OVERALL THE 🛁🚿 BATHROOM NEEDS TO BE CLEANED IN DETAIL.

The location beside the Falls was absolutely wonderful surprise for us, we took a walk before dinner that night. The breakfast and all the staff were beyond my expectation!

The shower and toilet area of the bathroom was needing work. The shower had broken and molded grout and the toilet was old, and short. The rest of the room was wonderful!

The front desk agent was very nice and we were upgraded to a better room for no additional cost. The room was spacious, clean, and wr all had a great night's sleep on the comfy beds. It was a great room.

The desk receptionist upgraded our room and it was wonderful!! Large and very comfortable. The receptionist was also very helpful in suggesting places to dine at close to the hotel. Location was also great.

It was big and in a great location.

There wasn’t enough towels, and the floor was dirty. I do not recommend walking in the room without shoes. I got out of the shower and walked around the room barefoot and my feet were quickly covered in dirt.
