Comfortable and clean.

We bought rooms with city views?? We also bought rooms with breakfast included the staff in the restaurant and the front desk were clueless about this. Then at the restaurant we were told we could only make ONE SELECTION! This was not noted when booking the room. The cost for the single selection was $15. My mom wanted to have granola and fruit it also had a cost of $15 and we were told no! VERY VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS!!!

The staff was wonderful. The property was beautiful and very clean. The warm chocolate chip cookies are an extra plus! The weekend prior to our stay, we had several guests who stayed there while in town for our daughter's wedding. We received great feedback from them, as well!

It seemed that the restaurant may have been short staffed for dinner that night. We still enjoyed our dinner, it just left us less time to get to our event.

New hotel in excellent location in downtown Abilene. Downtown attractions and restaurants as well as convention center in walking distance. Facilities and rooms are brand-new and in good shape. Very clean. Great bar and restaurant. Very friendly staff.

WiFi is reliable but slow. Sound proving of the rooms is not good, and the room doors need a soft-close mechanism.

It was such a pleasure staying with Doubletree in Abilene. The Lobby is a statement in itself! It was lovely to arrive after a long day's journey, to such a reception. Our room was impeccable, and our breakfast the next morning was delicious; not the monotonous boring buffet, the other hotels serve! We will absolutely come back to stay, next time we are on the road between Texas and Phoenix. First rate! Excellent!

Great location. Staff was very nice. They also have delicious fresh cookies at the front desk, my kids got some every time we went by there and they loved it. The pool was very nice with fresh towels at the door and the gym had tons of great equipment, fresh towels, a speaker and waters!!

Some one did sent the fire alarm off twice in one night. But the staff handled the situation quickly.

The one complaint we had and all the rest of the wedding party staying there is the fact the bar and restaurant literally close in the middle of day for lunch to like 5:00. It’s a very nice hotel, you’d think it would have food drink options in the middle of the day especially on Fri-Sun for football game watching etc. This is a major bummer.

Not much to do in the area, only received one partial house keeping visit for our 3 night stay, food in the restaurant was very salty & didn’t even get a refill on coffee, had to pay for coffee in the lobby

The Hotel is beautiful, and the staff is so friendly. The hotel bar and staff were top notch. Never left you with an empty glass. Very informative of the area and the things to do in around the area.

The valet is a little confusing it said online it was valet only and there is parking available if needed.

i enjoyed the comfort of the room and how easy it was to get organized and settled after the drive. the view was nice as well from our floor and the room was nice and cool.

I personally enjoy more airflow from the fan/ac but that's just a personal preference

The hotel is super nice, clean, and loved the pool.

When we were checking out, Eugene checked us out, and he had a very bad attitude. He seemed annoyed, and we were an inconvenience to him. Our interaction with him was literally the last 5 mins we were in the building everything else was wonderful.
