Breakfast was great..loved the pancake maker..fast and not messy like waffle makers at other hotels. Also the breakfast sandwich’s great touch also fast and very tasty not like powdered scrambled eggs and also the yogurt dispenser was great!!

Our room ran out of Kleenex after only getting two tissues out. Also wasn’t sure if there was extra rolls of Toilet paper but we didn’t run out otherwise not sure what we would have done with no TP or Kleenex!! Also would have been nice to have couple of more hooks to hang towels on.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful.

The first room had a burn in chair and tv didn't work, but we were switched to a bigger nicer room no extra charge. But the entire place needs an update.

It was quiet, clean, friendly, and that included the breakfast area that had a staff member who was very helpful and polite to all who stopped by to eat.

Didn’t have a Hallmark channel but I was able to use the hotel Wifi to connect with that App and my cable App to watch a new movie.

My room was everything it was supposed Tobe clean big private quite although I was next to conferences room with a party going on it was still quite good 👍

Breakfast if they give good breakfast it will be for me 5 star but just pancakes and cold boil eggs and couple stuff they need to give hot breakfast

I am so glad to have booked this hotel. My family and I decided to stop at this Ramada hotel after a long day of driving. The hotel check-in area isn't the prettiest, but it didn't matter because the room was very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was perfect for us! Breakfast was good too--pretty simple nothing too fancy. I would definitely recommend this place!

The window didn’t have screens so someone could’ve came in my room and I was located on the first floor. Also the shower wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked.

Location was good. Free shuttle to nearby festival was an awesome perk. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The staff was friendly and professional. Restaurant located in the same parking lot was super convenient and their food was delicious!

The facility needs to install ADA access on their main entry. Very difficulty juggling luggage and get into the building.
