Francesca is the kindest host in the world. :) She was very helpful from the beginning, during check in she gave me many tips about restaurants or what I should see in Monopoli. I chose an Italian breakfast which was delicious: a croissant and multiple jams made by her mom, juice, fruits, sweets (I got addicted to them), all home made. Her whole family is very friendly, they even helped me and picked me up from Alberobello when the last bus left and I had no other option to get back to Monopoli! It was very nice stay, the apartment is very comfortable. I definitely recommend it!

Amazing 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of beautiful old town Monopoli, just down a quiet side street. Apartment is spotless and really big with two lovely little balconies. Our host was fabulous. Really informative and even baked us a lovely cake during our stay. You can't go wrong on the location, it's perfect as is B&B Mare Mio and the lovely host. 5* definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The host, Francesca, was very friendly and accommodating, providing me with great recommendations on what to do and taste in the city. The location is in charming streets, close to everything in the city center. I really enjoyed my stay.

At first, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but the hosts quickly resolved it, so everything was great :)

It was a traditional cosy apartment in the heart of old town Monopoli close to all the attractions. The host Francesca was lovely and multi-talented with her artistry and cooking skills. She gave us some great tips and shared some stories about the history of her apartment and the town.

The bathrooms were very small and with low ceilings making it a little difficult for tall people like us. The stairs are quite steep and tricky with suitcases but doesn’t detract from the overall experience.

We loved everything. The apertment is so sweet and cosy and was decorated with great taste and talent specialy for Xmas by Francesca who was also intouch with us during the whole stay, especially in the mornings when she came to prepare breakfast for us. Was fun to get to know her and recieve tips from her as to where to visit and eat. She even gave us a card that saves us 10% in a few resturants we visited. The apartment is in a perfect location when staying in the old part of town. And what an amazing town Monopoli is. Being set between Bari and Locorotondo and Alborebelo, Its' location in perfect. It's was a short holiday but one of the best we had in a last few years. Thanks to you Francesca.

Quiet, Clean & comfortable. Perfect location. Our wonderful host Francesca brought us breakfast every morning! Her beautiful art work is displayed throughout the apartment! A lot of love and attention to detail in this apartment! It was 2 bedrooms and each had their own private bathroom outside of the bedroom. This worked perfect for us. Francesca friendliness and attentiveness made our stay in Monopoli awesome! Thank you again for everything!

I really enjoyed staying at this b&b in Monopoli - the apartment is clean and comfortable, in the very centre of old town but in a calm charming street, with a nice balcony. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it:)

Francesca and Antonia were super helpful. Picked us up from train station, patiently waited. At apartment we’re very helpful, accommodating. Couldn’t ask for better. The B&B location was excellent, near everything!

Many stairs to climb although Francesca helped with the suitcases.
