The condo was clean, comfortable, and the perfect spot for a family vacation. Tufan was very quick to respond to any questions I had before and during the stay. Tufan was also prompt to view the property after leaving and release the deposit. I highly recommend staying in Ft. Walton over Destin on your next vacation to Florida. It is so peaceful and family oriented. If you need to go to Destin for any reasons it is literally down the road. Tufan is very professional and will quickly respond to any questions you have. We are highly satisfied with our stay and service.

Nice and clean. The set up of bunk beds and tv’s on each bunk (with you tube) were really cool. Had two boys. They had their own space. Didn’t have to argue about the tvs. Family oriented. The water park was REALLY NICE! Nice attraction for kids and adults. I also like the the pool was not that deep. Loved everything about it. I also liked that I could see them down the hallway

Over priced room and food on the resort. Resort fees and taxes were added on to food. The Construction and congestion around the area was awful. The beach was filthy. The drive to Destin Beach was worth it.

Clean unit. Many conveniences in kitchen. Close to elevator and parking. Heated pool on level 2. Not crowded so we had a much needed relaxing week. We received good communication ahead of time from Tufan. Also, he did a great job checking on us thru the week. The other guests were very nice and friendly.

No complaints. I cannot really think of anything that is within your control. We got used to the military jets flying overhead. We hope to get to come back sometime when it is just a little bit warmer.

Very nice room, but I did think the price was a little high. We booked at last minute, but my daughter booked a room on the 2nd floor by the pool for a week that has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath for a little more than we paid for three days. She used a different booking company.

The room was spacious. It was nice having two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Everything was provided that we needed in the room and made it feel homey. There was plenty to do at the resort. Several different pools provided great entertainment for the kids.

There was a binder with restaurants provided. Several of them had closed. There was a magnet for a pizza place on the fridge that also closed. Would be helpful to have a list of restaurants that deliver. We also were unaware that the food stand on the property closed at 5. It could also be explained more clearly that the beach chairs and umbrellas were free to use except the ones with a green and white stripe. We thought we had to pay for them and use the ones in the closet if we wanted to not rent chairs. There were too many remotes and decorative beach items. The activities on the first floor should be posted on each floor. We didn’t figure out there was anything going on until a few days into our trip.

That all elevators do not go to the first floor after the lobby is closed. It only makes sense for the elevator that accesses the lobby would do that. Not every single one.

The accommodations were perfect for our needs. We had a great week. We only ate out twice, otherwise meals are easily prepared in the very well equipped kitchen.

Nothing within your control that I can think of. A little warmer out maybe.

great location first floor in front of the kids area

the cleaning was not good. the floor was very oily so as we arrived I had to clean all the floor but the window place I did not wash beanies it was too dirty. judging that I thing the housekeeping never cleaned that not even once

The property is definitely a family and kids friendly environment. The resort is beautiful and has an easy access to the beach.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything was great.

Beautiful property with well-maintained grounds and excellent amenities such as multiple pools and waterslides. The rooms are spacious and have balconies overlooking the ocean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.

Disappointing amenities and issues with noise levels or other guests. Late check in time.
