Breakfast was really nice, with lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The gym is nicely equipped, and the swimming pool is ok. One sauna in the common area was not working, but the saunas in both the private male and female changing rooms were working. The staff is friendly and helpful. and its nice that you can leave your luggage in the luggae room after the check out.

The hair dryers in the room are really old, with melted plastic, and barely working. The showers are designed badly - water drips all over the bathroom, and there’s no floor towel to wipe it. Also, it would be nice to have a kettle and maybe small refrigarator in the room.

The hotel looked much nicer than expected on the inside. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. There was plenty of shampoo and shower gel. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. All staff spoke English. It was easy to book a taxi from a tablet on reception. The pool and pool area was clean, bright, sunny and quiet. The location was good with some excellent bars and restaurants a short walk away. The continental breakfast buffet was good (perhaps one of the best), with waffle making facilities, a wide range of fruits, meats, cheeses, cereals and pastries, plus an omelette station.

The cooked (full English) breakfast buffet wasn't kept heated, so was cold. The swimming pool water was cold. There was only one pillow each in the room. The bed was a little soft. Towels could be thicker.

the family room was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet was really substantial and good, the location right in front of the marina / promenade and the proximity to the town center…and the staff were all nice and friendly…the indoor swimming pool area was also quite awesome

it’s a bit far from the train station but not a big problem because there are always taxis available and they’re not expensive

- The hotel is located in a quiet area - The breakfast has a big variety of products, from cheese types, to fruits, jam, vegetables, kind of yogurts, fish, you won't feel like you are missing something. - The rooms are big, warm and clean.

- The furniture in the rooms is very old and so is the carpet on the floor. - The rooms were poorly ventilated and the heating system is old

We liked the room, location.

We didn't like the stuff when checking in. She didn't want to hear anything about our food allergies (I am very allergic to milk and my wife to pork), when we wanted to order take away breakfast as we left very early to the airport. This was our second sleep in Scandic Hotels, and again, the staff at the reception didn't correctly react to the situation. I think you should train them better.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was good and there were many options. The pool and sauna were nice and clean and the gym was well equipped. We really liked the hotel lobby shop which was very convenient.

While milk alternatives were available, we would have liked some non dairy yogurt and some fresh berries! It would be good if towels were provided in the pool area instead of having ti bring them from the room

Good location! Nice view from our room! In general nice hotel with nice interior! Nice smoothies and fresh orange juice at breakfast. They also put in effort to make a surprise for my girlfriend in our room ❤️❤️❤️

A bit slow communication prior to arrival. We booked mainly for the view and the pool area, but were not informed the pool had been through maintenance and was ice cold. Had we known we'd booked another weekend. Bacon at breakfast very dry.

Family room for four. Nice room, nice beds on the wall for the kids. Good breakfast and short walking distance to the city center. Price fair enough. Around 200 Euros for this room including breakfast. We will be back again for this price.

Parking outside for 20 euro but that is just how it is when you are in a city. Free parking 10 min walk away from the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is old but charming. Its location is convenient—just a 10-minute walk to the city center and 15 minutes to the station. Our room was far from reception. we need to go to the end of the hall and take the elevator which was not very convenient with a huge luggage.

BREAKFAST, WAS EXCELLANT HUGH CHOICE TO CHOOSE FROM ,THE ONLY THING WAS THAT THE COOKED FOOD WAS NOT VERY HOT,AS IT WAS JUST STANDING UNDER LAMPS. ROOM,WAS ALL OK EXCEPT THERE WAS NO PLUG IN THE SINK IN THE BATHROOM. PLUS NO COFFEE/TEA MAKING EQUIPMENT ,YOU HAD TO GET THIS FROM THE RECEPTION AREA ON THE WAY TO YOUR ROOM. LOCATION, WAS GREAT ,LOADS OF GOOD VIEWS OF THE FYJORD,GOOD FOOD IN THE TOWN,NICE AREA
