I was welcomed by friendly staff. The room had a good size with simple furnishing but everything you need for a short stay, I was positively surprised by the breakfast buffet. This offered a great choice from healthy options, fruits and salads to a selection of different breads, cold cuts and variations of egg, potatoes, bacon, sausages and meat balls. All presented in a spacious setup. Public paid parking is right at the hotel with direct access to the hotel.

The checkin and checkout was a little bumpy. With especially the checkout taking a little extra attention to get the invoicing address correct and entered into the system. The next challenge was getting it send to the correct email address. Overall, this did not put a negative twist on my stay.

Nice location right on the water. Very good breakfast. Excellent choice of food. Reception helped finding cheaper places to park the car, avoiding the expensive One-park garage under the hotel.

Maybe inform guests of room-heating (in winter). Room was a bit cold until we found the wall-mounted unit.

Noise on the Saturday night continues till late. If you're a light sleeper just make sure you stay in the main part of the hotel. I know it was for space reasons, but not a fan of the bathroom door also acting as the shower door.

nicely located next to the water and nearby restaurants and short walk to the town centre.

bathroom is a bit small and wet room concept leaves the whole floor soaked after you leave, meaning next visit = wet feet again.

Swimming pool, breakfast, location

Opening time if swimming pool for kids only till 12.( no indications on booking either). If having breakfast its not such a long period. Could be at least til 14.00

Lack of vegan protein sources (like tofu) and the vegan cheese and pastej were looking quite old, so unfortunately i didnt dare to try those. It would have been great to have fresher products there.

Needed a kettle in the room for tea and coffee View was poor and room overlooked with no net/decency curtains so had to have the main curtains closed a lot of the time Curtains didn't reach the windowsill so had to use the end of bed throw on the window to keep the light from strong lights outside on the buildings

i spent two nights in this Hotel the staff was very nice room was clean and Breakfast was remarkable , i definitely recommend .

Breakfast was ok. Location is very good since it in the middle of centrum!

Price is a bit much but its ok. But paying extra for staying in the main building should not be a thing.

Breakfast selection was nice and big, the room was very nice, comfortable bed. And the location of the hotel was perfect for my purposes there (concert in Foynhagen right next to it.
