We had a family room. Spacious, clean, nice bathroom. The motel is next to a highway, gas station and some restaurants. Very convenient. Everyone was very nice and helpful, breakfast was superb.

The room had very few electric outlets. If you have several chargers, you must have an extension. If you turned out lights using button near bed all the electricity went out, including the fridge! You must be patient with the electronic lock. It works with a long delay.

We have stayed here on several occasions over the past 5 years and it has been constantly improving. This year the dining room has been refurbished to a good standard. Surprisingly, the noise from the motorway is not particularly bad. The location, just off the motorway, makes it an ideal place to break the journey.

There is a lounge area just outside some of the rooms and if people are talking there it can be heard clearly in the room. It’s unusual but if people are talking late it can be difficult to sleep.

The room was refurbished, so the fittings were ok.

Wifi was very poor and kept breaking up. The door lock did not lock / open properly. I guess there is too much play in the latch, so opening it with my mobile phone was difficult. The hotel will only allow one cup of coffee for breakfast and charge you for a refill…looking at the ridiculously high price for room and breakfast for essentially sleeping at a motorway service station that leaves a bad aftertaste.

I liked the spacious rooms, good breakfast (perfect bacon!) and calm location (there's a motorway right next to the inn, but sound is perfectly isolated).

The inn is a fair bit out of town. To get there fast, you have to go by car. But the walk into town, while longer, is pleasant - so I personally did not mind it much.

Need to make a u-turn to get to the hotel when heading north but it is not a major detour.

Location next to highway. Just what we needed. Room much better than expected. Spacious and comfortable. It was cold, but once we turned the heating on it became comfortable soon enough. Lovely bay windows overlooking trees. No sight of traffic of noise of traffic. There was some noise of the neighboring room (TV noises) so must be thin walls. But luckily it ended before we wanted to go to sleep.Nice restaurant (free coffee/tea/water)good breakfast.

Staff is excellent, location close to Freeway but we had a very quiet room , very nice and plush pillows , really nice breakfast with freshly made eggs 🍳 not overcooked and dry .

The technology. The fact that I didn’t have to interact with a person during check-in and checkout. The whole process was contactless. Smooth!!

The noise from the road.

We liked the room very much. We liked the restaurant. There is no need to go out to get to the restaurant.

We didn't like the "environment" outside the hotel. There is too much rubbish outside. We hope the area will be cleared soon.

Nice staff, clean and well maintained hotel, great breakfast and free parking.

Room was too hot (no AC) and very noisy even with closed windows.
