Tofu and the staff here are really helpful and friendly. We stayed for most of a week and enjoyed the Safari halfway through. It was a cool trip out to the desert, we had our own dunes with nobody else around. A nice peaceful break from the hectic cities of India. Cooked dinner on an open fire and slept under the stars. The hotel has a great view of the fort, nicely appointed rooms and the location is handy to walk anywhere in Jaisalmer you need. We had breakfast on the roof a few times. The Kashmiri Pulao was delicious 🤌🏼 Great value for money. Thanks Tofu and co 😄

The owner accidentally set the room rate wrong on booking (100 rupees only and even offered a free room upgrade). However, upon arrival, they informed me of the mistake and did not charge any additional fees. They were honest about the error. Later, when they learned that I wasn't feeling well and had a fever for two days, they provided a lot of assistance. Tofu, the owner, even personally rode a bike to take me to buy the things I needed and showed genuine concern, making me as a solo female traveler feel at ease.

The staff were helpful and readily available. This budget hotel was kept clean, and the facilities were fine. The location was close to the fort's entrance, yet at night it was reasonably quiet. There were a number of people who were staying here so there were good opportunities to talk and share stories. We also took a two day camel safari with Tofu. Both my wife and l were very pleased with the outcome. We were fed well, the wild camping spots were well chosen and the amel guides went beyond what was expected. It was a great experience. There are many operators in town but we are glad we agreed on Tufu's tour. Overall, this was like a hotel stay and tour package. Simple, and made successful with Tofu's assistance.

The property is very well located, you can see the Jaisalmer Fort from the rooftop, drinking some chai, interacting with other guests and overall just chilling. It's in a safe area, also at a good distance from the train station. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and ample, nice temperature, bed is comfortable. There's a ceiling fan if you'd like to turn on, but otherwise the room does not get direct sunlight so it's fairly cool inside. The camel safari was the highlight of the stay. Rohja hosted us for a night in Thar Desert. We saw how to cook and do dishes desert-style. We ate great food, learned how to make chapati, sang songs, laughed and slept under the stars. If you prefer not to ride the camels you can also do like I did: take only the jeep tour and walk alongside the camels for the last 20-30 minutes into the dunes. I highly recommend Tofu Hotel and Safari to anyone wanting to visit Jaisalmer. You'll definitely have an unforgettable experience! And when you book the safari, ask for Rohja and you won't regret it! We had an incredible time staying at Toffu Safari and would recommend it to fellow travellers 100%. Tofiq, our host and the owner of the hotel provides the most unforgettable Jaisalmer experience, he makes sure you have transport to and from the train station, he makes sure the guests are well fed and happy, and he provides a very fun social experience in the evenings on the rooftop chillout area. Not only is this a nice place to meet other travellers, but you'll also be able to meet many of Tofiq's friends who drop by from time to time to say hello - if you want to experience true Jaisalmer hospitality and friendliness then this is the place to stay! The rooms are very decent for the price. The bathrooms have hot water if needed, there is beautiful artwork being painted in all the rooms to make it more personal for the guests. We also took the Desert Safari whilst staying here, we had a lot of fun hanging out with Roja the safari guide out on the dune where he cooked for us delicious local food and chai, and where we got to sleep under the stars and wake up to the sunrise. This is a real experience that feels much more authentic away from all the tourists crowds. We would definitely return here when we come back to Jaisalmer, and we appreciate the memories we have by staying here, and the friends we made. 10/10. Where to start I arrive early morning at train station in Jaisalmer. Tofu come to pick up is and allow early check in. When we wake up he invite us for welcome drink Chai. He took us city with his Bike. It was amazing experience for us. Safari was one of the best Memories we had in Jaisalmer because of Tofu. I Highly recommend For Safari. We will Back again

We had a great stay at Toffu Safari! Toffi the owner was the Best guest always making sure we were comfortable. He arranged our Camel Safari in the desert and it was amazing, also fair price and well organized! 100% recommend if you are in Jaisalmer, we hope to come back soon

The room was always dark because it didn't have an outside window, but that's OK because we could always go chill in the rooftop which was great!

We are very satisfied to book this hotel. we arrive early morning at train station we call and they come to pick up us. also allow us early check in. Room is perfect with Ac and wifi. we come to Jaisalmer for Desert safari and we want to do for a night so we book with Hotel and we have unforgettable experience. i recommend to stay and do safari with them.

Very pleasant staff and they offer free pick up and drop off when you arrive and leave, so just let them know before hand. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The roof top terrace has a beautiful view of the fort and the town. The entire hotel is nicely kept and is in a peaceful location. Would recommend anyone to stay here.
