The location is very near restaurants, ski rentals, and ski shops. It is also just across a gas station and souvenir shops. The rooms are surprisingly cleaner than what we expected and was able to bring our pet dog too. The room has a microwave which is rare to find on hotels nowadays.

Would be nice if the breakfast was included or if it's at least an option you can add.

Wonderfully spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Lots of towels and pillows! We especially loved the excellent hot tub, which made it possible for us to relax after an intense day of hiking. All the amenities in the room felt like a treat (big TV, the fridge) and there was enough space in the lobby to take a conference call in the morning. Didn’t get to check out the stretching/yoga room but would’ve loved to!

AC in the room was quite loud and it was impossible to turn off the fan without turning off the AC together (which made the room get a bit too hot in the middle of the night).

It's cute cozy hotel in the heart of downtown Mammoth. Very clean and modern inside. We did not have good view out our window but I didn't know any better to ask for a room with a better view out the window. We did not have time to enjoy the spa and pool. There was a lot of people using the spa unfortunately. My Son wanted too and we didn't have the time to stay up late and wait to use it. I would definitely stay here again in the future though. I actually want to plan a trip for this summer and I would like to stay at this hotel if there was a good package deal for multiple nights.

The spa was busy most the night and we never got a chance to experience it. It was snowing outside and my Son really wanted that experience. Maybe next time.

Even though the hotel is located on a main road and next to a carwash and gas station, we couldn’t hear any outside noise. Our room was so peaceful and quiet, allowing us to sleep well. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Looks like the hotel was recently remodeled.

The front desk staff was not very friendly and didn’t smile or greet us upon check-in. When the staff delivered towels to our room, he handed me the towels and walked away without saying anything even though I smiled and said thank you very much.

It was really well-maintained and the staff was wonderful. Updated very nice decor, really comfortable beds, love the barn door style window closure. Like the tea kettle and microwave in the room. Loved how everything was so nice and clean!

Couldn’t control the temperature in the room well. Even with the very cold temperature outside, It would get quite hot and we had to open the window rather than being able to just shut off the heat somehow. Maybe it was user error, but we couldn’t figure it out in the middle of the night . Pool was a bit chilly, coffee was not so good. Drink cooler would not keep half and half fresh.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Close to the free shuttle bus and many restaurants around. Great price value. 100% recommend!

The pillow is too stiff and tall. Slightly uncomfortable when sleeping because it raise the neck too high into a weird position.

Overall very nice property, nice clean rooms, pleasant helpful staff. Appreciate the luggage carts.

Breakfast was awful. If you are going to offer breakfast at least make an effort to have something palatable.

Room is very well equipped and lighted. Beds are comfy. Appreciated all the counter space! I can understand the high ratings.

The "welcome". I used the self check-in because the Front Desk guy wore a "Do Not Disturb" expression. When I had questions, e.g. about parking, his answers were curt "Room number?" He gave a bad impression of the hotel which remained with us so little things like a glass door on bathroom (everyone in room wakes up if someone needs to use it at night); lack of grab rail in shower, etc., etc. became a bigger deal. Designer "look" seemed more important than practicalities.

Comfortable bed, good storage for luggage, useful couch. Quiet room. Easy walk to restaurants.

Very cheap breakfast consisted of grab-and-go items such as microwave sandwiches that you have to prepare yourself. Garish colors of cheap vinyl floor in the room (that was coming up in places) was a bit nauseating. Lots of water damage along the wall in the sink and closet areas, plus hanging electrical wires under the sink made for an unnerving combination. Lots of ice to cross on foot in order to reach the parking area.

The room is really modern and clean. Air conditioning works great. We loved the hardwood floors, the layout, the cleanliness, and the sliding window doors that do a great job at keeping the sunlight out. The staff was very nice and I really recommend it. The location is also very central.

The only minor thing we didn't like is that the pillows are bulky and not very soft, some people may like this though.
