The location is very near restaurants, ski rentals, and ski shops. It is also just across a gas station and souvenir shops. The rooms are surprisingly cleaner than what we expected and was able to bring our pet dog too. The room has a microwave which is rare to find on hotels nowadays.

Would be nice if the breakfast was included or if it's at least an option you can add.

It's cute cozy hotel in the heart of downtown Mammoth. Very clean and modern inside. We did not have good view out our window but I didn't know any better to ask for a room with a better view out the window. We did not have time to enjoy the spa and pool. There was a lot of people using the spa unfortunately. My Son wanted too and we didn't have the time to stay up late and wait to use it. I would definitely stay here again in the future though. I actually want to plan a trip for this summer and I would like to stay at this hotel if there was a good package deal for multiple nights.

The spa was busy most the night and we never got a chance to experience it. It was snowing outside and my Son really wanted that experience. Maybe next time.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Close to the free shuttle bus and many restaurants around. Great price value. 100% recommend!

The pillow is too stiff and tall. Slightly uncomfortable when sleeping because it raise the neck too high into a weird position.

It was really well-maintained and the staff was wonderful. Updated very nice decor, really comfortable beds, love the barn door style window closure. Like the tea kettle and microwave in the room. Loved how everything was so nice and clean!

Couldn’t control the temperature in the room well. Even with the very cold temperature outside, It would get quite hot and we had to open the window rather than being able to just shut off the heat somehow. Maybe it was user error, but we couldn’t figure it out in the middle of the night . Pool was a bit chilly, coffee was not so good. Drink cooler would not keep half and half fresh.

Overall very nice property, nice clean rooms, pleasant helpful staff. Appreciate the luggage carts.

Breakfast was awful. If you are going to offer breakfast at least make an effort to have something palatable.

Room is very well equipped and lighted. Beds are comfy. Appreciated all the counter space! I can understand the high ratings.

The "welcome". I used the self check-in because the Front Desk guy wore a "Do Not Disturb" expression. When I had questions, e.g. about parking, his answers were curt "Room number?" He gave a bad impression of the hotel which remained with us so little things like a glass door on bathroom (everyone in room wakes up if someone needs to use it at night); lack of grab rail in shower, etc., etc. became a bigger deal. Designer "look" seemed more important than practicalities.

Comfortable bed, good storage for luggage, useful couch. Quiet room. Easy walk to restaurants.

Very cheap breakfast consisted of grab-and-go items such as microwave sandwiches that you have to prepare yourself. Garish colors of cheap vinyl floor in the room (that was coming up in places) was a bit nauseating. Lots of water damage along the wall in the sink and closet areas, plus hanging electrical wires under the sink made for an unnerving combination. Lots of ice to cross on foot in order to reach the parking area.

Very sleek and stylish exterior and interior. Much care has been taken to provide guests with comfortable surroundings. Good breakfast provided in cool dining area. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of room to spread out.

Hard to find! Address on the main road is confusing. Hotel entrance is hidden around a gas station/carwash (noisy upon entering and exiting hotel). Signage is poor. Need something more than a large “E”.

The location was very good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and shower was warm and powerful. Breakfast was really good and extensive. Parking was readily available. The pool and spa were pleasant and very clean. The interior decor is recently refurbished, and it is nicely updated.

No decaf coffee in the room, only regular strength, but there was decaf in the dining room. We had to ask for maid service each day since it ordinarily was every other day.

This is a good option for a modernized motel that's relatively reasonable compared to other options in the area. We've stayed there on multiple trips down the east side of the Sierra as a good stop between Reno and LA, across from the tasty Schatz bakery for breakfast. The indoor pool and hottub are a nice amenity.

This time I was surprised to be awoken at 8am by construction crews replacing the baseboards in the hallway outside the room. They should have left rooms empty in areas affected by early morning construction banging, or at least asked guests before making room assignments if this would bother them. When I went and asked the crew to delay a couple hours since we had arrived late the night before and my children were sleeping, they accommodated and worked on another section. Otherwise, the main disappointment is the tiny gym room that smells heavily of tires, probably the rubberized mats, and lack of dumbbells. Nonetheless, we continue to choose this hotel as one of the best modest and modern options in the area.
