The location is very good, with lots of good options around, the Centaurus mall in 15 mins walking distance, Shah Faisal Mosque within 10-min ride. The staffs are friendly. I needed to check in early and they kndly arranged it without added charge. The room was spacious, clean and came with complimentary water towel, prayer mat. There are enough options of lighting in the room.

The wifi is patchy. The hotel is located right across the main road so anyone sensitive to noises of vehicles at night may not find it very comfortable. The complimentary buffet can be a lot better as quite a few items don't taste very fresh. The access card to the room gets disconnected every time one steps out of the hotel. So, you'd need to get your card "charged" every time you're back from outside which the staffs immediately help with but it's not convenient.

Room size bed comfort cleanliness location everything was good just like a 4 start hotel but the junior staff (waiters, helpers, bellboy, guard, staff) they were amazing. Helpful and always available to help and guide. Without having any sort of extra money greed. Impressive!!!

We stayed for 2 nights. Everyday they used to give us 2 small water bottles complimentary and fruit basket . But I only received one basket (day first) which was fine from our side as we were not willing to and we didn’t even complain. But on the day of check out they charged me for 2 water bottle my kids used which was a cheap act even the bellboy was saying to wave this off but the guy on the reception charged me this . 230-250 Rs doesn’t matter to anyone but I found it bit weird as we gave them a good business. All advance paid . It was like a bad see off but over all it was a good experience. Btw I’m glad they didn’t charge me for the shower I took on the day of check out . 😂

Another great stay! 1. Central location with easy access to restaurants, shops and transport 2. Very helpful staff from concierge through to housekeeping 3. Fantastic view from upper floor rooms facing Jinnah Avenue - worth paying the premium 4. Large spacious room with proper work-desk

1. Front facing rooms have a great view but can be noisy so take some earplugs! 2. Wifi can be choppy at times but if you have a local data sim then this is not a major issue 3. There are 4 Pillows and all are abnormally large -- better to offer 2 small and 2 large.

great location, being close to many local attractions. The hotels are very clean. The staff were very attentive, welcoming and helpful. Nice hotel, breakfast, but an even better nearby breakfast restaurant called loafology which I recommend. Faisal mosque is also very close by.

The windows are too single glazed. The hotel is on the main road and I personally got a room which faced the main road. Islamabad is not a very busy city, so there are not that many cars passing the hotel throughout the night but you do hear every car and motorbike. Also, I could feel the breeze coming in through the windows so much that I thought the window was open when it was in fact closed. My advice is to request a room that does not face the main road.

It was a wonderful room , room service was fast. Location was really good. Hill view was great. Bathroom was awesome with warm water and cleanliness. Managers and staff were cooperative.

Fitness center was outdated, exercise machine weren't functional but dumbbells were good. , wifi was spotty and usually losing connections while streaming YouTube on tv.

Difficult to say. Food taste may need improvement, we ordered mostly from room service. Cheff may ask guests about their spice choices. We like more spicy, the food was good but a little mild on spices. Particularly the BBQs and Biryani. Curry was Ok.

The hotel is located in a central location. I loved how it faces the margalla hills so we can see the hills from the hotel. Shops and restaurants are close by
