Do not let children under 15 to take food from buffet displays. They touch food with their hands one by one. People should not be allowed to eat food standing at food displays, picking and putting back. Very il-mannered people.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The interior design is stunning, creating a warm and luxurious ambiance. The reception and concierge team were outstanding, always helpful, professional, and attentive. My room was spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the complimentary laundry service, it was such a thoughtful touch. On top of that, the spa and pool were fantastic, adding to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of my stay. I would definitely love to return

While my stay had some positives, there were a few areas that need improvement. Housekeeping did not replenish the coffee or tea during my stay, so I ran out well before my last day. Room service was friendly and professional, but food orders took a long time to arrive, and the portions were quite small. Additionally, the hotel does not offer natural juices, which was disappointing. One major issue was the occasional smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, despite the hotel’s no-smoking policy, making the experience uncomfortable.

Exceptional service, they know how to put customer first. Great restaurants on-site. Room service fast and food delicious. Free airport transfers. WiFi was good enough. Room was very clean. Free laundry (first four pieces).

Room was a bit tired but nevertheless comfortable. There is nothing to do around the hotel but since I was there on business it did not matter.

The Serena hotel had so many wonderful, extra touches, from complimentary airport transfers, soft drinks, pillow menus, simple bedside light controls, immaculate housekeeping and turndown, executive lounge access with complimentary drinks and nibbles, live musicians, and complimentary laundry for a small number of pieces. it is impossible not to feel well looked after. All facilities were clean, comfortable and well serviced including the pool and spa, the 3 restaurants that I tried (middle-eastern, outside bbq buffet, breakfast buffet) served great food. All staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.
