Hotel was very nice with clean rooms and friendly staff. It is in a very quiet residential area which does mean taking a car to go out anywhere. However they are very inexpensive using the local ride sharing app so not a big problem. The breakfast is not extensive, but you can get snacks and soft drinks etc at other times which is nice.

Location cannot be regarded as perfect especially if you are without a car. Uber service is not available in that area. Half a Km walk to Super Market and you can have everything.

The dinner from room service at Chalet Islamabad was enjoyable, but the requirement to pay in cash on the spot was disappointing. It would be better if they offered card or online payment options for more convenience

Communication before arrival was sometimes confusing with what appeared to be automatic emails or responses being sent to you multiple times…this meant that you weren’t quite sure whether what you had thought you had agreed on a previous email had been agreed or whether it had been forgotten.

Staff was very well mannered, welcoming and pleasant. Room was neat and clean and bed was very comfortable. Presence of study stable/make-up counter made it even better. I had had a very bad experience at another hotel (in another city) before my stay here and after that Chalet seemed like heaven. Aminities provided were excellent quality.

Room was a little too small, especially the washroom. Lounge wasn't properly managed to entertain guests (as per hotel policy).

Property and staff are well nice only problem is it’s a guest house and no facilities like gym or swimming pool are available, other than that it’s perfect

location is good and only 10-15mins walk from F6 centre if you want to go for food or shopping with lots of options. all the staff were friendly. shower/beds and everything was clean. good wifi basic but fresh breakfast

just one issue. there were noises coming through under the door of people walking and kids. maybe they can do some to resolve the issue. maybe have a door mat or something.

Forget paying the extortionate prices charged by the high street brands. Instead, come and stay at this place. We had a fantastic time staying here. Well looked after by all the pleasant staff who were quick to serve. Great location. Scrumptious 😋 breakfast. Hope they can open more branches throughout Pakistan 🇵🇰especially in the northern areas to promote tourism there. We would definitely stay with them and also recommend them.

Rooms are a bit overcrowded with furniture, there are 2 large seaters in the room which take up a lot of space, and one seater would be absolutely sufficient (less is more) No continental breakfast
