I feel very comfortable and safe here the amenities and luxury are outclass. As a woman with one child I want to stay in a place where we can feel safe and respected and Sintra is perfect for solo woman travellers the staff is cooperative and helpful. Will book my next trip again soon with Sintra. The cafe Soir has very good taste and yes the complimentary breakfast buffet is awesome!!

I felt room carpet is a bit dirty may be the guest who stay use to walk on carpet with shoes. So Carpet is not for walk with naked feets inside room. Except room carpet everything is clean.

My room’s air conditioner didn’t work. It was winter so it didn’t bother me as much but complained a few times and it wasn’t resolved in 4 days. Reception staff is a little curt.

My stay at Sintra Hotel was fantastic with stunning mountain and city views, plus a comfortable, well-equipped room. The staff ensured a pleasant experience, and the included breakfast was a great start to the day. Highly recommend for a relaxing, well-facilitated visit!

The check in was smooth and fast. Staff was kind and helpful. I woke up late next day after breakfast timings but they still offered me breakfast for free and made omelette for me. Room was very clean and spacious

No sound proofing in the room.. even could hear people walking in corridor or opening doors. no easy access to power sockets next to bed

The staff was efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Sintra Hotel's location is quite central, keeping the commute to a minimum, which adds to the comfort of the stay.

The breakfast could have been much better. Electric socket placements were inconvenient. The rooms and bathrooms may require a deep clean once in a while.

Very good hotel. The price and quality are just right. The staff is very responsive, ready to help at any moment. The room is clean and comfortable. The TV is very comfortable, there are channels with sport. Bathroom is good also. Breakfast was very tasty and satisfying.

The property was excellent. We liked our stay at Sintra Hotel. Their services and breakfast was awesome. Their front desk person Mr. Arsalan is humble and cooperative. Will definitely stay again and again. Highly recommended for families and corporates.

Shud have some more stuff, like plain yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, pan cakes They should have complimentary tea and coffee facility in the room. This facility is now almost a standard facility in all such categories of hotels Overall, it is a good family hotel

Excellent Ambiance, cleanliness, good location location, staff response was very quick. Specially Front desk officers..I don't remember the name of that front desk Lady.. She was very cooperative and the boy of front desk was also very friendly. They allowed me for early check-in.

There was a Lizard in the room..so I think they have to take care of this.and I missed Smart LED TV.

I really liked everything about the stay. The staff was Wonderfull and accommodated me in every way. The coffee shop was amazing too, I spent a lot of my time there to work.

Honestly it was all amazing. Can't complain
