The front desk Concierge staff are EXCEPTIONAL they I’d say more than 5*!! They went above and beyond to make sure I was Super Well taken care off & were ever so kind and respectful too. Qadeer, Laraib, Saniya, Ibrahim, Ali were Always ready to assist with a smile & took care of Every single need during my stay. They gave me a beautiful room too with great views. Very grateful to Qadeer & Laraib who went above & beyond to make my stay so Memorable. You All have made Marriott more than 5*s In any opinion I would give 7🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Breakfast was really nice with lots of options. Staff were always at hand to make us feel very welcome & taken care off. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They were very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was Top Notch too… Mr Hafeez, Mr Isfahan, Waqar All made sure all was Organised to the Best.

The stay is Extremely Expensive…

I was charged for something I didn't order , i didn't notice in the beginning and paid, but later on, I asked when the order was placed, and it was during the time I was not in the hotel and when asked the staff about it they said they need 2 days to investigate.

The fact that foreigners were given more importance than local. I was standing in line. I was supposed to be next, but he asked the foreigner first, then helped me. Don't get me wrong, staff were very polite and helpful. But when it comes to foreigners, they would help them first then locals.

Very pleasant work visit - everything is done to a very hight standard. Breakfast was choice was vast and delicious. I hate in three of the onsite restaurants and they were all very good as well. Even had a trim in the barber shop and the service was friendly and impeccable. Would definitely stay again.

Slightly limited capacity in the lobby area for meeting friends and colleagues. The cafe area was often full and there was very limited other seating. Would be great if they could create an outdoor garden area to enjoy. But these are very minor points and suggestions.

The building is beautiful inside and out. The amazing staff, the ambiance and atmosphere, the total respect shown by staff, the breakfast team go above and beyond, the food, the facilities, the home from home feel of the rooms for someone from the UK. It is luxury in Pakistan!

Not much at all. It would be helpful for guests to have a list of facilities, prices, in-hotel restaurants opening times, fixed price events like Hi Tea, Buffet Lunch. And little things like paying by credit card attracts less tax than paying by cash for food in restaurants. Also it would be useful to have had a list of benefits that the executive room allows guests like complimentary airport pick up etc.

Cleaned rooms and great view of mountains. Very polite and friendly staff. 1 of the best customer service I have noticed and also the staff in restaurants was super helpful . Even helped my kids to choose their meals.

Location is the key, also the safety and security of my family was my High priority which I did get in Marriot hotel Islamabad . I have never seen super friendly staff as Marriot islamabad have. Amazing job well done

The buffet breakfast is fantastic, as is the buffet dinner in the evenings at Nadia restaurant; the staff are very attentive and are happy to cater for off-menu items.

The cafe near the front is very poorly managed; it takes too long for anyone to acknowledge you let alone take your order; if you have executive room access, I am not convinced it is worth it. And the hotel really really overprices their facilities, such as they will want to charge you 30k for a car day rate, when a local taxi is a few hundred ruppees.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Marriott. We needed wheelchair as my partner had just recently been out of surgery and it was hard for him to walk. It was provided immediately at the entrance. The attention to detail was impeccable, from luxurious room decor to the exceptional service provided by the attentive staff. Each and every staff member builds rapport with u and are very friendly.The amenities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. The on-site dining exceeded expectations with a diverse menu showcasing culinary expertise. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend Marriott for a truly memorable and indulgent getaway.

Can’t think of anything

I liked all of the staff. The breakfast was excellent especially as fresh fruit was prepared in front of the guest. The piano music in the lobby was a treat. There was a nice atmosphere in the lobby area. Security was good and the security staff were very pleasant.

I arrived from the airport at 4 am on my first visit. I was turned away by reception even though I had a booking for that evening. A temporary room would have been welcome.

The staff is incredible. They were welcoming, always went the extra mile. It's the people working at the hotel which made my stay so amazing. They do anything to make the guests feel comfortable, taking care of all requests, even after checking out they supported with cancellation, when I got stuck on the Karakoram Highway and couldn't get there in time. The rooms are so quiet and beautiful, very large and clean. The entrance hall is wonderfully decorated, making you feel comfortable the moment you enter. Breakfast buffet is huge, with many different kinds of food. The staff welcomes you with a big smile and pays so much attention. No need to call someone when you need a coffee refill, they'd be already there and even serve an extra croissant to the table. One of the best stays I've had so far!

Fantastic staff throughout the hotel. There were plenty of senior management visible throughout the hotel who were engaging and would enquire about your stay and ask if there as anything that could be done to improve my stay. One manager in particular, Mr Sheikh Zubair, who is in charge of housekeeping, dealt with my request regarding a noisy air conditioning unit immediately at 21:30 at night. Great to see such enthusiasm to please a guest at that time of day!

One complaint, however, is the quality of the machines in the gym. Unfortunately, whilst being functional, the touch screens would not work on a couple of pieces of equipment.
