When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the duty manager, M. Waqas. The welcome we received was very warm and welcoming and we were asked to take a seat whilst our reservation was dealt with. Waqas arranged for drinks to be served to us and then afterwards shown us both to our suites. The suites did not match our expectations for the price we paid, they exceeded them!! We just had enough time to experience the breakfast, which was a buffet with such a varied choice. Our stay at Ragalia was the best we had during our entire trip around Pakistan. Keep up the good work and we give our thanks to Waqas for the attention he gave us. Thank you!

I am fond of the breakfast, but it needs to be changed daily. The staff was kind and helpful. I appreciate how they treated me.

They add many taxes in every single amount second they have to give pick and drop to their guest and also the car fair was too much high and also add tax in fair which I don't understand that we pay the car tax and fuel tax.

We had an excellent stay at the Regalia hotel. All staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. We arrived at the airport around 8 AM and were greeted by Assad, who helped us with all our luggage (we had a lot of luggage), and by the time we were checked in, our luggage was in our room waiting for us. We were greeted by Jameel at the reception, who got everything sorted for us and got us checked in and gave some local tips as well. The rooms were great and had all the amenities you need so you don't have to bring anything with you. The staff went above and beyond because we came from a late flight and had not slept at all. The kids were sleeping, so we could not go for breakfast after checking in as breakfast was included for free. We mentioned the breakfast to Assad that we could not go because the kids were sleeping, and a few minutes later, we got a call from Jameel that they ate happy to send the food over to the room. We are extremely thankful for that. The next day, we were checking out, so we managed to get breakfast in the morning, and we requested the reception if the luggage can be moved to the reception before we checkout. As we had breakfast and then went to reception, we found all our luggage waiting in the reception put neatly. For breakfast, Hamza and his team were great. They also went above and beyond to make sure if we needed anything. There was a great load of drink selection and food selection. My personal recommendation would be the paratha and the keema and the fresh apple and orange juice. And obviously, the chaii as well. Finally, a big thank you to Assad again for assisting with the luggage again. He helped us again when the cars came and helped organise the luggage in the car to fit properly so we didn't end up with luggage on our laps.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. One of the most comfortable hotel in Pakistan. Welcome fruits and hot tea in room is very nice. However, I felt uncomfortable when the duty manager appear at the room to ask for writing a hotel review on my phone. Car arrangement for 2 way to Monal is 8000 PKR (ISD28) and to airport is 5000PKR (USD18). I think is quite expensive. Other than that, every thing is great.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Islamabad. From the moment of booking to check-in and even at check-out, the service was outstanding. The staff were extremely courteous and cooperative, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Ms. Asma Gul, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and professional throughout our stay. We truly appreciated her thoughtful gesture of upgrading our room at no extra charge. Her assistance at every step made a significant difference. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Islamabad. The hospitality and service exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning!

Not a major issue but it’s worth noting that the lighting in the room can be improved for a brighter and well-lit room.

I initially planned a 4-night stay but extended it by 2 more days because everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was beyond exceptional. I was greeted with a welcome tea, a fresh fruit plate, and a small sweet platter that included a brownie and cookies, such a thoughtful touch! The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, from the breakfast buffet to fulfilling any requests promptly. The room was warm, cozy, and truly inviting, making my stay unforgettable.

While everything was exceptional, the room lighting could be slightly improved. It added the cozy and warm atmosphere, so it wasn’t a major issue at all. Just an opinion

What i liked the most was how the staff was accommodating to our requests and cordially handled their clients. From the receptionist to the housekeeper, all were approachable and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were no issues with hygiene. Room services were great. All in all, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The lighting in the room can have some work done. Though they provide a nice ambiance, the room did seem dim to our liking. There should be brighter lights to see properly when needed.

My stay at Hotel Regalia was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a deluxe suite upon arrival. The room was spotless and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was grear, with plenty of options to choose from. It was a smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this for business or family stay

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like during my stay. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

The general staff was very nice, courteous and very accomodating. This includes the housekeeping, maintenance, and the front desk. The manager Mr Hamza was very courteous as well. Prompt response and resolution to any complaints, if any. Breakfast is good. The location is superb.

There was a slight problem at the time of checkout. Having paid for my stay at the time of arrival, the payment wasn't updated in their system. And the person who processed my payment on arrival, declined that he was there when i checked in. The matter was resolved within 15 minutes, but such things should not happen.

Everything was just perfect right from the beginning. The Manager Mr. Hamza and his team members were extremely courteous and helpful and always ready to facilitate our requests including breakfast serving in room, late checkout, arranging bouquet on request etc Also, Mr. Hamza called daily to inform about available meal options, and readily agreed to allow some extra time for breakfast when we were late for it. He also arranged a complimentary cake on our Valima. Room service was great, and staff did not disturb even once, unless we requested for any assistance. Another aspect I loved was the staff allowed us to fully enjoy our time and did not ask us for payments or anything until the last day on checkout.
