I had the pleasure of staying at IFQ Hotel Islamabad, and I must say—it was a truly fantastic experience. The ambiance, hospitality, and overall service exceeded expectations. I would especially like to commend Miss Fareha, the Front Desk Manager, whose professionalism and warmth left a lasting impression. The entire staff was courteous and efficient, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

However, I would humbly suggest that the management consider offering some price relaxation or loyalty benefits for regular visitors. Such gestures not only encourage repeat stays but also reflect the hotel’s commitment to long-term guest relationships. Highly recommended—with a hope for even more guest-friendly pricing in the future.

The staff was extremely professional and thoughtful. We were with an infant and a 5 year old. I would go as far as to see we were a demanding family but the staff left no stone unturned, especially Raja from the coffee shop, went the extra mile to look after our infants' dietary needs. Check in was nice and smooth.

They had one restaurant and one coffee shop. Bbq area was under renovation at the time. Place is slightly away from main islamabad so not a lot of food options other than the hotel itself. We booked the chalet which all in all was decent, but since its near the garden we had to deal with mosquitoes. We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the diplomatic enclave, which was our main purpose of visit. All in all if you are in islamabad for business in diplomatic enclave its a great option

I really liked the smooth and hassle-free check-in and checkout process. All the services were well-managed, especially the breakfast, which was excellent. Overall, the service throughout my stay was commendable.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like during my stay — everything met or exceeded expectations.

Rooms are excellent with all facilities. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff is courteous and prompt in serving your needs. I had a dinner in Spice market. Variety of dishes in menu. Taste was excellent.

Eveeything was up to the mark

Very comfortable room. Excellent bathroom. Great food. We were also very kindly facilitated by Mr. Abubakr - Director Sales and Marketing. Most courteous. We also got a room upgrade thanks to his generosity. The hotel management certainly understands how professionals like Mr. Abubakr, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, makes all the difference in a successful hotel business. Bravo!

The food could receive some additional focus to accommodate an expat pallet.

The hospitality of the staff was superb. Mr Nadeem Ahmed's supervisor was amazing down to earth. Executive Cheff Rehmat is amazing and supervising the kitchen very well. Front Desk Officers Mahnoor and Zunaira was good in dealing. I also want to mention a guy from buffet section Sarshad as well. Keep it up, and we'll done .

Need an air conditioning system to be more better .

Front office staff , Was extremly helpful , especially Zain & Mahnoor. Location & ameneties are very nice and convenient. The staff never fail to put a smile on your face.

Food panda dosent deliver / other delivery apps not much option for delivery.

IFQ Islamabad hotel it was really nice experience. The hotel is superb with a focus on exceptional service and hospitality. My room was extremely nice and clean great staff especially Front Office team & Housekeeping team. Thank you very much for very short time arang Airport drop off. We definitely come back soon highly recommended Hotel.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean

The toilet floor tile is extremely slippery when wet and not suitable for the shower. We had a few moment when we almost slipped and fall.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
