Good location in the center of hsinchu, close to mainstaition and big city mall. Very friendly stuff and big roome.

For the price and a 5 star hotel they should realy refresh some roomes and the gym. Was not bad, but in this level i expect a bit more.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel because of the cost. We preferred to head out to the close-by street vendors for this. The hotel reception and bell service staff are friendly and assist with services such as arranging the airport sedan for us. Their gym is just enough to get a workout in without feeling crowded and we took advantage of the sauna when it was reopened.

We unfortunately experienced a house cleaning staff issue with money being taken from a bag that was tucked in another bag. It was not until after our stay that we realized that our travel cough drops and motion sickness pills were also removed. I did report the missing cash upon check out but I do accept fault for not locking it up in the safe provided in the room. However, I had not thought someone would actually dig through my belongings to locate them. I take this issue upon myself but also warn to utilize the safe even in a lovely hotel as this.

Good professional service

Lobby is on 12/F and room floor is on separate lifts. so every time you need to take two lifts to get to your room. The fridge in room is 12-15C so it's not cold enough. If you need a properly cold fridge, you will have to get down to 1/F to put your stuff in their cooler fridge

Room is spacey and clean. Staffs are nice. Location is ideal - not too far from city center and quiet. Overall it meets its reputation and price.

SPA and swimming pool areas clearly need some repairs - a bit old. It will also be great if there's a heater or separate air conditioner in the bathroom; for unknown reasons the bathroom feels colder than the room itself.

The Breakfast is good, but very few vegetarian options.

The breakfast is paid one, I found other hotels in Hsinchu providing free breakfast. Also, we missed the free shuttle facility as nobody informed us earlier about this.

SPA and the nice view (I stayed at the 23th floor). The place for the breakfast was very good, but I suggest more European food should be served.

Stayed during New Year’s Eve and saw fireworks which was a bonus. Room was nice, clean and spacious.

My child got bitten around both his ankles badly. None of the adults got bitten.

It is a very nice hotel. Breakfast is extensive.

I was disappointed in the soap scum in the shower. I would not expect to see that in an Ambassador Hotel.

Staff treated me very well, I felt like a valued customer. Food downstairs was good and the room very comfortable. Gym was good too for a hotel!

Sometimes at breakfast, the lighting was quite dark which was ok, but could be a bit lighter

Very central location. Room was spacious and confortable. The Business Center has some good enough single people meeting rooms, very convenient for conference calls.

The immediate surroundings of the hotel are contrasting a lot with the hotel itself. Walking around isn't so pleasant. Also the windows of the room were dirty enough to ruin the otherwise good view. Finally, the parking uses a very old "token" system that requires to "clear" every time you need to leave the parking.. Kind of low-tech
