Breakfast was spectacular. I've stayed in quite a few 5 star hotels. This breakfast was among the best, in a restaurant with panoramic view. The staff were all very helpful, always going out of their way to assist. Rooms were clean (we were a family so had 3 rooms), and housekeeping were very responsive whenever we needed anything etc.

The king size bed was made up of two single beds pushed together, so when laying in the middle, you would feel the separation between the two mattresses. The toilet lock needed some wiggling to work (Im sure they would've fixed that if I asked, I just didnt have the time or inclination). On two of the 5 nights of our stay, there was some maintenence staff working at night in the corridor, which was a bit noisy. (Once again, Im sure they would've stopped if we had asked, because of the great service orientated culture in this hotel)

The Hotel is excellent in all respect

I booked the room for one night and tarrif was informed Rs.4,400. To my utter shock at the reservation counter that the said tarrif is upto 12 night. It was further apprised of that for full night the tarrif was more than Rs. 7,000. At that moment I was left with no alternative but to accept and paid the tarrif more than Rs7,000. The act so performed by the counterwas really miserable and I am now forced to incline not to turn for this Hotel

The prices for al-a-cate orders are expensive in the dine-room, even the evening buffet is pricey, and the swimming pool is small.

House keeping and breakfast staff were just pressing themselves on us.... house keeping doesn't want to clean the room ..... and breakfast staff was so full of attitude.... as if we were eating free... before 30 min.they used to close the blinds and tell everyone should go.... no concern to clean the table or arrange new cutlery once someone is finished.....very bad service

Property is well maintained and rooms are nice. We stayed in the suite which was a nice experience.

Frequent power outages. Around 10 times very night and early morning .. Every time the power came back at night/early morning , the TV would switch on automatically.

During booking this Hotel room, i specialy mention online of booking.com the breakfast included. But every time looking upon reaching breakfast table and understand that breakfast not included . The room rent 7500/- why not breakfast included. Either booking com playing game or Hotel. It should be changed

Amazing hotel

The location — it’s away from eveything. Metro is far away. The pool has ice cold water in it — no chance one can swim in there.

Food is fantastic , I specially appreciate all the staff they are all professional , cordial well mannered.

Lift operation is unnecessary required card punching , if someone from family stays in room , while you are out, in such cases , lift services can not be utilised.

Very comfortable staff was very helpful. Payment was a bit difficult because the hotel did not follow booking arrangements. Instead of paying when staying, the payment was taken from the cc before the arrival, and this caused a confusion. Very good restaurant.

The room was really nice and comfortable, super safe as well. It was also really clean. The restaurant was very tasty, albeit a bit pricey. The staff were very kind and helpful, too! The pool was nice, but a lot of shade, so not great if you're trying to get some sun!

The only complaint is the location. There is basically nothing around. If you're going out to do touristy things, it doesn't much matter, but still good to know. The location is very safe, just boring.
