Breakfast was exceptional! Such a variety of deliciousness! Coffee and beverages always available, which is important to me. Not like all the other hotel breakfasts, but more variety! We drove over 14 hrs and needed a place to stay for the night...we chose yours and sooo glad we did! I was tired and not in the best spirits and when we checked in with the lady at the desk she flashed the largest, most genuine smile and said hello! She just made my night and day! This small lady with a contagious, energetic smile was so welcoming! We all need more of that in this world! Please tell her thank you!

The desk staff were sweet and friendly. The lobby was clean and smelled wonderful, every time I walked in. Check in was simple, as was check out. The next time I'm in Corbin, I will stay at the Hampton. Usually, I stay at Holliday Inn, everywhere I go, but Hampton is now on my list. So many bad hotels, only a few great ones. Hampton is one of the great ones.

My room was only cleaned once while I was there. I understood it would be cleaned every other day, but I was there for 6 days. Not a big issue, but it was the only complaint I could list. I empty my own trash at home, so it was not that big of a deal.

When traveling we have found that Hampton inns tend to be the best value and at the same time the best appointed and cleanest. We’ve stayed in some very expensive hotels that offer floo floo stuff. We’ve stayed in some dumps when we had no other choice. Hampton ends in general offer a great Hotel experience. They tend to be very clean, their staff tends to be very friendly, the amenities such as their breakfast offerings are very good. This particular hotel was one of the cleanest we’ve been in, the staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was the cleanest I can ever remember going to. I've traveled for over 20 years. The breakfast had great selections.

You couldn't buy snacks with cash. Cash is still a thing. We had a room of 4. There wasn't enough hot water for 2 of the showers. I know road work isn't their fault. But it was bad and confusing to get to the hotel because of it. In one section, it turns into one lane for both sides to share.

The location was very convenient. Everything looked clean (lobby, breakfast area, room). The room had an empty refrigerator available for use which came in handy to store medication that needed to be chilled overnight.

The bed/mattress was pretty uncomfortable. With 2 people you can feel the tiniest movement made by the other person. But I’d probably go with a 2 queen bed room next time to avoid that issue.

The breakfast was very good, lots of options. The hotel was easy to get, off the interstate. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided by the hotel. The staff was friendly, and the check-in and -out process was quick and easy.

My only complaint was the shower, I found it difficult to get the water to the best temperature.

Liked the cleanliness, beds were comfortable, bedding was cotton with good thread count, pillows were great! Breakfast had lots of good choices: hot food fresh and hot, cold food fresh and cold. Staff very efficient and friendly. I'm reaching for something lacking and the only thing I can think of us that our door slammed really loud! That's it! Xoxox

We enjoyed being up on the hill and away from the busy traffic. The staff was super friendly, the room exceptionally clean. The shower was was amazing.

I wish we had a little more room to store our clothes.

Turkey sausage, ehh. Strange premade omelets, ehh. The biscuits and gravy were good. The coffee was good. The room to eat was nice. The TV was set to the food network-Strange.

We didn't like the three shower dispensers located on the wall of the shower, located right where you would normally stand and move around while washing. Kept bumping into them with shoulders and arms.

The bed was comfortable, not noisy or loud at the location, and staff always made sure to make you feel welcomed. It was definitely a good stay.

Only complaint was that when my wife or I took a shower the shower glass wasn't low enough to stop some of the water at least in room 332 so it leaked into the bathroom floor. Cleaned it up easy enough but might ruin the floor after so many times of it happening. Noticed a little warpage starting on the wood flooring. The rest of the stay was lovely and fun.
