Nice room with a little balcony just what we needed after a hot day. Enjoyed opening the window and the view as the sun was setting. Super helpful and friendly staff!! Smiling ladies and helped with our queries. We need a spare charger for our phones and fortunately they lent us one. Plus wanted some wine glasses and ice cubes which they quickly provided. Can’t fault their service ! Restful night. Good shower, good size bathroom.

The carpet could do with a good clean as they were some not so pretty stains on the carpet. Soap scum in the soap tray on the shower The room was cute but felt a little bit like entering a teenage girls bedroom with butterfly on the wall and the cheap mirrors 😅 So maybe a little modern redecorating would be nice.

This is a nice little hotel located a little way from the Train Station but within walking distance and also within an easy 15/20 minute walk to the city area. The street is undergoing major restructuring as is many parts of the city which made Taxi access a little difficult. However once completed it will enhance the whole street scene. It was a very quiet room with a nice view and very clean and well serviced. Bathroom was good. Staff were helpful with assisting with a Taxi transfer and this was greatly appreciated. Nancy is a gem of a town and well worth a visit. It is an elegant city with great charm. Luckily it is not overly touristic so you can enjoy the sights with comfort and the food and cafe options are many and plentiful.

The good breakfast starts a little late for business travels, at 8 a.m. on Saturday - but I certainly will return there in my free time, that breakfast with fresh croissants you can smell when you leave the hotel at an early hour is the only thing I missed because it wasn't possible to have it early.

good location easily accessible by car, I could find street parking although the hotel also offered me parking at their premises. exceptional staff - really welcoming, communicative and helpful!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had an awesome shower. The breakfast was really nice too.

The room was quite small and the air conditioner was quite noisy. Parking was a little difficult with it being a couple of hundred metres away.

Modern room (with airco), friendly staff and location near to town center. They even shifted the breakfast half an hour earlier on my request, great service.

Parking garage about 300m from hotel. Due to road construction works, had to carry my luggage to the garage.

Hotel Residence Nancy- we recently spent a very pleasant night in this hotel which is perfectly situated for the short walk in to the centre of Nancy with it’s bustling squares and beautiful architecture. The hotel is basic but the room is modern and very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. It represents excellent value for money with payable on street parking directly outside- if you can find a space. Good wifi available and friendly staff with advice available.

Small room

Everything was great. I loved this quaint little hotel and I wouldn't change anything. Very friendly people, lovely room, fantastic shower, nice breakfast, comfortable bed, lovely soft, big towels. I really enjoyed my 2 nights here. Thank you.

Wifi was a bit patchy.

Very well run hotel with helpful staff. Liked the decoration of my room. Good position for centre without being too close. Good provision for safe storage of bicycle.

Very good quality/price equation, at 2 km walk from Place Stanislas, very friendly and helpful receptionist and private parking spot.

Breakfast started only at 8 pm and we had to leave by 7 pm.
