Very close to one of the best beaches in Palma region of Mallorca, Ciudad Jardi, just in front of the hotel. Placed in a elegant and safe neighbourhood outside main area of Palma. Hotel Rooms really clean and beautiful sea view for supperior double room. Staff very friendly and attentive. Close to 35 bus line and easy access to higways to visits other parts of the island. A lot of nice tapas restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbourhood (max 10 min walk each)

Please pay more attention to washing towels, some had previous stains on them. Breakfast variety not so good, Coffee machine creating queues every morning, working very bad and Coffee quality very low each morning, more water than coffee. Swimming pool too little and not deep. No hotel parking space, we spent each day 1 hour to find a parking spots near hotel, all spanish people come to beach between 18:00-21:00 and the battle is very hard to find a free one in the evening

Private and intimate place, unlike big chain hotels! We arrived in the morning so our room understandably wasnt available yet, but they have shower and changing room available in addition to luggage room. Very friendly and polite staff. No motor traffic noise. Close to airport, which makes great transfer for early morning departures or late night arrivals (to whom it may concern - you can also hear airplanes passing). Close to bus stop to go to citycenter. Close to groceries and pharmacy. Next to a beach. Very good bed (mattress was rather on the firmer side). Good wifi. Special towels offered for going to beach or by the pool. Lovely garden to spend time in. Bike hire. Good blackout curtains on room window.

Television reception was bad, it didnt work uninterrupted once. Breakfast options were limited. No water kettle in room and no socket near bed as room description said. Not enough sockets in room.

Exceptionally attentive, kind and caring staff, who spotted that our daughter had her birthday during our stay and surprised her with a cake at breakfast Rooms and interiors are appropriately rustic with firm beds, spotlessly clean and functional as well The breakfast served from 8 - 10 a.m. has a wide variety of very well presented fare and fresh orange juice as well as local breads and almond cake The food at the restaurant is very good and provides exceptional value for money, as does the bar Access to the beach is directly through the poolside gate, the beach is 50 yards away and, while crowded, very pleasurable. There are sun beds and umbrellas for rent (2 for €19 for the entire day) although not via the hotel On our day of departure, even though checkout was at 11 a.m., the hotel allowed us to come back in the afternoon for a shower in the sauna area in the basement and was kind enough to provide us with fresh towels, soap and the works!

The hotel is about 2 km as the crow flies from the climb out path from Palma airport, and while we had absolutely no issue with the airplane noise because the rooms have thick outer walls, those who are sensitive to noise

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Getting there from the airport was super easy – it only took about 7 minutes, and we appreciated the free parking right outside. Check-in was smooth, the staff were very welcoming, and even carried our bags up to the room. Although we only stayed for one night, the room had everything we needed. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast by the poolside patio, which was such a nice setting. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at reception and make use of the pool, which was a big plus. Before heading off, the staff kindly offered us the use of a shower room, which was very convenient. The hotel’s location is also great, being so close to the beach. Overall, a short but really enjoyable stay with excellent service – we’d happily come back!

Ciutat Jardi is a wonderful hotel. It is full of character: it was built in the 1920s in a Cuban style and is an oasis on the seafront in the east of Palma. You can literally walk out onto the beach, with a piazza that attracts families and locals. The hotel has loads of ambience and character, and is distinctly different from many of the other hotels in the area. The gardens are wonderful, with verdant planting, spotless and well-maintained. A lovely pool and plenty of space to spread out. Room was lovely - comfy bed, nice large bathroom, good facilities, including good outdoor space. Excellent housekeeping - rooms was cleaned to a very high standard every day. Beautiful food. Breakfasts were superb: comprehensive choices, beautifully presented, and set us up for the day. And lunch and dinner is also very good, with plenty of choices. Great facilities and services. We hired bikes, and were able to use the excellent cycle paths up and down the seafront. Highly authentic - a very Spanish area, also enjoyed the nearby bars, restaurants and gelateria. The team are wonderful. Everyone is smiles, chatty, and really seem to love working here, which is a key element of the friendly atmosphere. Very relaxing - the perfect place for R&R, nice and quiet at night. Ciutat Jardin is a quality place to stay - highly recommended.

Nothing. Everything was superb.

The location of this property was great. In front of the beach with great restaurants around it. We were able rent bicycles through the hotel for a few days and had beautiful bike rides to the centre of Palma. It is a beautiful bike ride. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but we had dinner a few times there and the food and service were great. Speaking about service, I definitely want to say that they go above and beyond to make your stay super pleasant and enjoyable. I have to say that the hotel was very nice and clean. The pool was nice and cool but most important to mention is the beach right there. It was great to spend a few hours there a couple of days of the week that we were there. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

Nothing to dislike

The property has everything for a short and a long stay. A nice restaurant, a bar by the pool, rooms with a view in balcony, direct access to the beach and rental bicycles to go on the sightseeing. Needless to say that super easy and fast to reach from the airport so if you come from a long flight, you don’t have to worry about driving long distance, took it to your final destination.

I liked everything but especially what I really value was how professional and lovely was this staff. I really felt I was home away from home.

Very nice hotel at a great location with very attentive staff. Very close to the not very touristy Ciutat Jardi beach with good facilities, but also a very nice swimming pool with pool service with cold drinks and good food.

The hotel has its own restaurant with good food and a good menu, but it should communicate better with menus outside of the premises, so external customers recognise it is not for hotel guests only. As a result it is too quiet in the restaurant and that does not feel comfortable.

The Ciutat Jardi is a relaxing haven amidst all the bustle of Palma. It has a seafront location, with lovely gardens with a clean pooI, and sunbeds with shady areas if you don't want full sun. It has a promenade/cycle path right outside where you can stroll next to sea. It is beautifully furnished & tastefully decorated. The bedroom was really nice with very comfortable bed and beautiful en-suite with walk in shower. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and is well presented. The dining room is beautiful with lovely old furnishings and you have the option to eat outside. The owner is really friendly and helpful - you felt as though nothing was too much trouble.

The location was great, you step out from the garden straight onto the beach walk and beach towels were provided in the rooms. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, as well as a convenience store and a pharmacy. We had an early morning return flight, so the proximity to the airport was a bonus. Reception booked a taxi for us, which was already waiting when we checked out. There is some sound from the planes, but it didn't affect us in the slightest. We asked for a kettle at reception which they gave us, along with cups, saucers and teaspoons. The terrace of the garden room was a real highlight, we spent a lot of time relaxing at the table there. There are also nice seated areas in the main garden if you want to be surrounded by the greenery.

The restaurant and bar were a more expensive than we personally wanted to spend. We also made our own arrangements for breakfast for the same reason.
