We had two-bedroom apartment. The corridor between the rooms and the bathroom were spacious. Once could choose between a shower and a bathtub. The whole day, cakes, tee, and coffee were available for the guest at no additional cost.

The access code to open the door is 6 digits, which was difficult to remember for us. We always spent some time opening the main entrance or the door from our apartment, as we had to pull out the paper with the access code. I assume a 4-digit code could be secure enough and easier to remember.

It's 3 bus stops away from Ingolstadt main train station so it's convenient because there's a number of buses passing by and the stop is just right outside the hotel. They have welcome cake and coffee - it's such a warm gesture especially for guests from a long trip. The family room was HUGE - did not expect it to be that huge - each room, the common area and the bathroom - all very spacious! They even provided a crib ready for guests with a baby. The room was so clean, cozy and has all the right amenities for a short or long stay - both rooms have TV and the bathroom was just amazingly huge! Breakfast is great and they have a great deal of options for different preferences - and the old lady who welcomed us was very nice. We had some trouble with our stuff and she knew we're coming from a long trip so she kindly offered for us to check-in early as the room has just been cleaned - so we really appreciated that!

DID NOT AFFECT OUR WHOLE EXPERIENCE, obviously it was a very pleasant stay - but the elevator was tiny and there were no restaurants around on walking distance and their restaurant is permanently closed so we had to order in

The reception was a lady super nice! Whiteout asking she gave me useful information as a visitor I need. The hotel is pet firendly. The location is good, close to a big park and a smal cozy bar. I arrived late, there were coffe and tea rrady without charge I could take. I need an invoice, the reception gave me directly.

It was close to street and noisy. The air conditioner I did not like, an old fan. :( There was no refrigerator no microwave in the room.

I stayed for 1 month. TV comfortably placed opposite to bed. Mini fridge was placed outside the room. But Since I was staying for long term, the staff allowed me to have one inside my room. Spacious bathroom. Bathroom had a separate bathtub 🛁 and a shower 🚿. Toilet was in another small room but still it was inside my hotel room. Cleaning service available everyday. But I didn't want it that often. Hotel is right next to bus stop. Very convenient for transportation.

It's a hotel. Not good for long term. But I think a microwave in the room would be good to have.

Liked the easy access to public transport buses 2 mins away , main train station 10 mins away Didn't like the front hotel access code I struggled to get it right ,(could be just me) luckily rear reception stays open till 8pm so no issue . Helpful staff

Only a short walk from the train station, bus stop in front of the hotel and a Biergarten next door. Very nice staff.

Window was towards the street and I didn't feel rested in the morning as I could hear the morning commuter traffic at some point. The shower head could also be replaced with a newer one.

Great breakfast with lots to choose from The hotel has plenty of parking space, which makes it ideal if on a road trip. The hotel is close to the city center and if you don’t want to walk, the hotel has some great bikes you can rent for free. The rooms are big and sound proof. The owners are just lovely and really helpful. We would most certainly come back another time.

Bathroom is a bit small. Pillow is too soft.

Localization. Next to very good restaurant and Shell. Close to Audi museum. Free parking space. There’s a feee self service with tee and coffee. And you can grab a free cake to your room.

Toiles could be refreshed.

Perfect location for the Saturday parkrun. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Nothing - a lovely walk through the park/ along river into town.
