The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with some vegan-friendly choices like vegetable milk, muesli, and oats. A highlight was the freshly brewed coffee made with a proper coffee machine—not capsules—a definite plus. Additionally, free parking is available nearby, which adds to the convenience, though it might be full during peak times like weekends or holiday seasons.

We appreciated the friendly welcome, easy check in and warm comfortable room. The balcony overlooking a charming courtyard. Spacious shower and warm towels were appreciated. The breakfast offered a wide choice of quality with a local flavour, including fresh tortilla, ham and a selection of cheeses. A broad selection of savoury and sweet with fresh orange and coffee made a perfect start to our day.l

Room was really great. Spacious, comfortable, everything one could need. Classic kind of ski town place. Clean as could be too. I could have stayed there for multiple nights very very happily. Very convenient, awesome location in town, close to great food, etc. And speaking of food.... WOW to the breakfast!! Best I've had in Spain over weeks. Everything was beautiful and delicious. That's kind of why I chose the place, based on the breakfast reviews, and it did not disappoint. And our host made killer coffee. She was super sweet and genuinely friendly. Great value for the room too. Wowed on all fronts.

So clean and the Mercedes the owner was so friendly and attentive. Great location and beautiful.

Perhaps adjust the from door closer, so it didn’t make a noise the last moment it closes. Our room was above the front door and we could hear it quite easily. It didn’t spoil our stay though.

The hotel was located right in the middle of Vielha with easy access to bars, restaurants and parking. The square it is located in is beautiful and feels like a photograph. The owner of the hotel was brilliant, very welcoming and made our stay perfect, we will definitely visit again. ¡Lo disfrutamos mucho!

The second door of the terrace didn't close well so there was light coming in.

Friendly staff. Very good location. Clean and big rooms (loved that we had bedroom and a livingroom, so we could leave the baby sleeping in his own room). Okay breakfast, but perfect coffee.

Breakfast could have been more versatile, if you are staying more than a day. Bathtube had a remote for jacuzzi, but it didn't work. Would have benefitted also from a sign "do not disturb" for letting know the staff we had a siesta-time.

Very friendly staff and always happy to help you. The homemade breakfast was great. Very good coffee! The room was impeccable. We really loved it and was great value for money!

Comfortable room, free secure parking, great choice at breakfast (although no cooked element), easy access to town and places to eat at night, friendly staff, lovely location.

Shower leaked, as staff did not speak english, communication at times was difficult but not insurmountable.
