I like the room location because it is on the ground floor, so my mother and I don't have to climb up the stairs due to our health situation. The water dispenser is also close to our room, just a few steps away from the room's door.

I am quite distracted with the sound from next door room or laundry room activities since it was continuous from time to time. The TV signal also not very good and just 3 channel can be watched.

Enjoy the views of the surroundings nearby the hotel from the window of the room. The staff also attended to my inquiries very fast. There is a smart key and a controlled entrance (door) used for the safety of the guests.

Some coverage of the TV channels are quite blur. The parking lot is quite narrow and lack of safety.

Easy booking, deposit only RM30 and have to pay the deposit by cash at counter. Toilet quite big. No kettle inside the room but luckily have water dispenser outside the room. Overall im happy with the room as long as i can peacefully sleep.

Doesn’t have lift, only stairs. Not wheelchair or stroller friendly.

The floor was a bit sticky maybe due to unclean used mops to mop the floor..and the toilet floor was a bit slippery..

The staffs and frontdesk are available 24h. I feel fairly comfortable during the stay and would not mind to stay longer.

The rooms are a bit confined and closed to one another. The hotel equipments, i.e. bed, closet, all feel a bit dated but still okay.

Easy and fast check in and check out. Friendly staff. Pretty comfortable stay considering the price point.

Old furniture and equipment smell but its not a bother given the price point.

the smell. we booked rooms without window but little to no air ventilation. can be suffocating for some.
