The whole experience was amazing. The location in the forest is wonderful and you are surrounded by the fresh air, birds singing, and the sound of the rushing water from a nearby stream. There is access to many excellent hiking trails right behind the hotel, and there is a bus that will take you into Siusi for many more options. The food was excellent, every day, and there was a huge variety of wines to choose from. The best part of the stay, however, was the staff. The informal yet attentive and warm way they approach their work made all the difference for making our stay as relaxing as it was. Thank you Petra and Team for such a memorable stay.

We loved our stay here! It’s close to main attractions but also far enough where it is so peaceful and quiet. I personally never write reviews for hotels even if they are great but this hotel was fantastic so I had to write a review. Staff and front desk-amazing people and very nice. They make this hotel feel even more cozy. Food-breakfast are great and tasty. We only had dinner once here but it was great. This hotel has pools and saunas that add a great touch. Overall, we loved this hotel very much, and it was sad to go. We hope to come back some day.

Overpriced dinner

It’s set a the end of the valley surrounded by magnificent peaks. It’s modern, yet traditional. The spa is very beautiful, especially the outdoor pool and sauna. There are plenty of rooms also for the children to play, independently of their age.

The hotel is very beautiful located in middle of nature. There is also a parking garage inside. Staff is very nice.

Everything is perfect except for the mattress. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Beautiful and breathtaking location - a few minutes drive to the cable car at Seiss for access to the Seiseralm. Loved the entrance, lounge areas and communal areas in general. Stunning vintage furniture, family portraits and artefacts in lounge and corridors give a glimpse into the old family dynasty. Bedroom modern and simple, bathroom warm and well-equipped. Pretty gardens with plenty of seating, play area for kids at the front of hotel. Super swimming pool with a rota so it was never overcrowded. Log fire, pool table, books and games. Everything you would need if snowed in! The staff were warm and friendly - always happy to help in any way. Highly recommended and we would go back again.

We found breakfast and especially dinner to be a bit noisy with very young children dotted around the dining room - I’m sure a table round the other side would have been found for us if we had asked. We also found dinner was sometimes a bit rushed with courses coming out quickly. Our beds were a lot firmer than we have at home and there didn’t seem to be an option for a mattress topper - but we were provided with extra lovely soft pillows when we asked.

Incredible, wish we stayed longer!! So many activities, amazing location and sauna and pools both indoor and outdoor. Exceptional host, and amazing food.

An amazing family resort. Charming buildings in a beautiful location. The facilities were lovely, including fantastic facilities for the kids. The room was spacious, clean and really lovely. The food is outstanding.

Actually there was nothing not to like. From the moment we walked into the hotel to check in, we were overtaken by the charm of the hotel and the charm of the people who work in the hotel. Petra the manager/owner is a darling and interacts with you as if she had known you all her life. The staff working the front desk are superb in their knowledge about the hotel and adjacent areas. We worked initially with Leoni (sounds like) and she was amazing in her explanation of our upcoming adventure in the mountains the following day. Our short stay was most pleasurable
