Dinner was included it seems for all guests so check your price includes food. Hotel was excellent value compared to neighbouring properties. Views were amazing. Having a 4 bed room was a bonus for us.

We had a less than friendly welcome from the owner/manager lady. It wasn't a great introduction to the hotel. Language can be a barrier if you are not Italian/German guests but we immediately felt uncomfortable and unwelcome like we'ddome something wrong. Seemed to be a weird management vibe with staff also. The other staff were lovely and kind and would be far better on reception dealing with welcoming guests to the hotel with good communication and friendly nature.

The front desk lady for check-in & payments was not super friendly & seem quite grumpy. I will excuse it for her lack of English speaking skills. She made me feel quite uncomfortable.

We appreciate for letting us stay in two nice adjoining rooms, with varendas facing the magnificent Schlern/Sciliar. We were impressed by the mighty massif while driving past the village of Siusi, and get more impressive atmosphere when arrived at parking lot of the hotel. The half board was fine. A friendly waiter advised us to join the buffet. Having fresh salad made a perfect dinner. Room warm, bed comfy, WIFI Strong. Very abundant breakfast, although vegetables were missing. Next visit should be a booking for 2 nights or more to increase opportunities of discovering the Alpe di Siusi, without problems of luggage storage after checking out.

The hotel’s location was very good, close to a bus station and the cable car. Close by to a lot of cafes/restaurants and hiking/biking trails. Views are simply amazing. Upon arrival it was easy to check-in although the staff do not speak a lot of English or German but for me it wasn’t a problem. The price was only for one night but also included half board which was very good value for money. The room is big enough for one person and is very nice, had a terrace and was very clean. Dinner was also great, during check-in they let you choose what you would like to eat for dinner. They had many options on the menu. Dinner was very simple, yet very tasty, I enjoyed all the courses and felt full at the end. Breakfast also contained many options, it was a self- service buffet which was fine because there wasn’t many people there at the time. Overall, a great experience. Perfect location for a one-nighters but would also come back for a longer stay!

We liked our clean, spacious room with a view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the small dining table set was nice and functional. I especially appreciated the blackout blinds - we had a great night of sleep. The location was the best for hiking Alpe Di Suisi. The young lady at the reception was very kind and courteous. We encountered unexpected heavy snow in early September(we heard it was unusual and was mid 20 Celsius same time last year) so it’s very cold in the room. We were able to request an extra duvet to keep us warm. Just a quick tip here. If you plan on having dinner at the hotel, it’s better to go with half-board option here at booking.com as it’s much cheaper than €25/person you pay at the hotel.

I found some hair on my husband side of bed sheet. It was very late at night so we did not request a change. Hopefully it was just a one-off incident. Everything else was perfect.

Great hotel with awesome staff. Clean hotel, bed, shower, tv, power ports, great location. Great food from breakfast to dinner and a wide array of foods, very nice coffee! Safe parking a motorcycle!

I found it hard to find (TomTom GPS) ended up taking my bike off road for a mini adventure at sunset :) No kettle or drinks in the room. Heating wasn't working to dry my wet clothes. Not being made aware of food prices before dinner.

5 mins walk from Seiser Alm cable car station in Campatsch and right next to bus stop so it's very convenient. If they offer half board, you should take it. Their dinner is so good. The room might look a little outdated and quite small but their balcony with the view of Sciliar is great.

The best location you can get! amazing views and close to all the hikes and major excoriations. was a great spot to start off the hikes in the slesier alm region. and a huge plus for their bike rental

Very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional....wide assortment and delicious. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view.

A shower stall. It was difficult to shower without getting the floor wet. Nothing else .... it met all our needs.
