There are about 4 rooms each with separate entrances at the top of a small flight of stairs. Room was spacious. Very Very clean, air conditioning that held its own on the hottest Italian July day. Breakfast is all you can eat at the Pasticcheria run by the same family. They were extremely generous and accommodated a late check-in. There is some sound heard when others come up the stairs to get into their room at night.

Very central, easy to find. very big room. Breakfast in the adjacent bar with a great choice of bakery. For the summer, there is a huge terrace to sit outside. The team was exceedingly friendly.

It took me a little to figure out how the heating works (Novembre). The room could be a little pre-warmed at arrival. But no problem in the end.

Situated slightly outside the center of Subiaco, but no problems getting around. Breakfast was good, got to pick whatever I wanted from the cafe. The staff was very helpful and let me store some items there when going for a hike.

The room had a bleach smell that disappeared when airing out. The lights also made a noticeable humming noise when on.

Lovely clean room with air conditioning and good sized bathroom. Friendly staff. Good breakfast from the bar downstairs in the morning.

we had 3 keys all the same , for 3 different doors . it’s very confusing especially in the dark !! could the keys be marked differently to make it easier to know which key is for which door .

Simple but clean and modern room with TV, airco, and shower facilities. Staff very kind and helpful. Close to Subiaco centre and Monasteries (worth a visit). Great for a Night over. Free parking available before the bar where you take breakfast.

Right on the main connecting road with access through a small wooden gate.

Quiet place and gorgeous view. Comfortable and large rooms.

They were not perfectly on time with the preparation of our room. Tramezzino was served with meat, although we asked if it was a vegetarian one and they replied that it was.

Central location in town.

Checking information said from 2pm but no one showed up until after 4pm.The breakfast provided was only pastries.

Staff really unwelcome, treated us unprofessionally. The terrace is accessible but it isn’t managed. The facility is far from the center, adapted only for people with a car.
