We had complications with the TV and the front desk tried to correct it, however the TV was blown at that point. The manager had to come and check it for himself and a little later brought a brand new TV for us to use. This was amazing and very much appreciated. The room was very clean, the property was manicured and the staff was better than we've experienced in a while. Breakfast was also pretty good. :)

Nice pool and rooms

The rooms smell like humidity, not only my room, I passed by the room next to me when they had the door opened and it smelled the same. The pool area is pretty close to the highway and I felt unsecure if a fast car could crash and it´s also easy for someone walking by to reach the inside of the pool area.

I love this hotel. Every time I go to Alvin, Texas, or any other place out of town, I always stay at a Sure Stay Plus Hotel by Best Western. It is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is always great, kind, and friendly.

I have nothing to complain about. My stay is always top-notch. I always refer Sure Stay Plus Hotel by Best Western to friends and family.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and smelled good. The room was quiet. The lady working the desk was very helpful. I booked the room and then my father wanted his own room so she tried to get his room close to mine and because he is 77 years old she made sure the room was on the bottom floor and close. I will definitely stay there again when visiting my parents.

All the staff are wonderful and ever so helpful. Always a smile and friendly greeting ! Great location . Large rooms, nice pool and hot tub ! Will be back !

The noises from the doors. I realize it was Saturday night & the kids played in the pool, but they didn’t have to run in & out the outside door every 10 min. & the noise was horrible from it. Our room door also made a terrible noise when you went in & out of it. Just terrible!

We booked a room with a king bed and roll in shower and they would only give us a room with 2 double beds and a bathtub!

I’m always very leery about picking a hotel in areas I’m not familiar with and we had a bad experience not too long ago at a different hotel so I didn’t have high hopes BUT this hotel was GREAT! I was coming in late and they communicated with me several times, we arrived to the front desk being very nice even at 1:30am, our room was clean (it did have a slight smell but once the AC was on it was fine, the small table to sit at was perfect for our kids, our room was cleaned while we were out that was great to come back to AND an actual real breakfast! Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy.. toast! Overall I felt safe, it was clean and didn’t worry about my kids being in an area that we had to be too careful. I will book with them again when visiting the area!

Bed was slightly firmer than I like but that’s just my preference
