I really loved my overall experience. The hotel was perfect and the staff was wonderful and polite and respectful. I would deliberately recommend the Hotel to my family and friends. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Wonderful all the way Around

Clean. Friendly staff. Close to lots of restaurants and fast food.

Issues with our tv. Staff addressed it quickly. Everything was fine until around 10 pm. There was a large group being very loud in the lobby. Lots of yelling and clapping. Finally called the desk around 11:30 because we had a very early morning ahead of us. About 20 minutes after calling things finally settled.

Cleanliness, Staff and room size

Screen Mirroring didn’t work in the room, the pool is closed and they charge you a $250 holding fee for the room that wasn’t mentioned before booking the room.

The facility appeared to be shaping up well but we weren't able to see it completed as the place was actually still under construction. However, the prospective manager was very apologetic and even escorted us to a neighboring facility to be certain we were comfortable and out of harms way.

Construction was still on-going so there was no opportunity for us to experience the accommodations. The manager did a lot to make the experience tolerable.

Hotel was still under construction and not available to stay at. Booking.com allowed me to book a room for a hotel that didn't exist
