A nice clean modernised hotel room with a balcony with a lovely view down to the sea and across to the mountains the other side. Very spacious with kitchen facilities included. Bed very comfortable and all very clean and fresh. The hosts were very nice and friendly. It was 20 minutes walk to the old town of Nafplio which is very beautiful and atmospheric. Lots of boutique art shops, cafes and restaurants etc. The hotel was good value and we enjoyed our stay. Ancient sites nearby eg Argos and Tiryns.²

Tho only downside is it is up a steep road that some might find difficult.

Huge room, very clean and one of the best showers we’ve had during our stay in Greece. Small kitchen with everything you need to make breakfast. Large balcony with view over the fortress and harbour.

It’s a little way from the centre (20mins walk), which was fine for us but bear in mind it’s uphill coming back, which may be a little challenging for some people.

Nice large room with lovely balcony and view of the Port and fort. We were on the second floor. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. It is located about a 15 min walk from the old town tourist area so is nice and quiet. Supermarket nearby and room had basic cooking facilities.

It is up a steep hill which is good for walking but requires effort. There is some parking on a first in basis and you can always find a spot nearby but the roads are very narrow so it's a bit scary at first. But that goes for most of Greece, so can't blame the hotel, just good to know and worth it to stay there.

Vasilis hotel is truly delightful, offering stunning views of Nafplio and its fortress. Our room was spacious, featuring two big beds. The air conditioning kept the room perfectly warm, making it cozy even during the rainy December days. Everything was newly renovated and spotless, including a generous bathroom. We found all the comforts we needed right there. Plus, the city center of Nafplio is just a short 5-drive away. The hotel owner was incredibly welcoming! We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel. Highly recommending.

The hotel felt like you’re in your house. The room was so clean and big. It provides everything. I had so many spaces for storage too. The area is so peaceful and relaxing and the view is exceptional. The hosts are a family who owns this hotel and they make you feel like home. So friendly and helpful. There’s also a small bonus detail that they have a vending machine for snacks and beverages that you can use any time you want. My wife enjoyed it a lot too. If you want to stay somewhere affordable in Nafplio I definitely recommend it. It was worth it. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Room 10, 2nd floor - great views. Very close proximity to various places.. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was roomy, cool, and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed having meals on the balcony. Daily room service. Adjustable sun shades on balcony. Good signage on roads to direct you to the accomodation. Easy safe parking. 3 minute drive to Lidl supermarket

At first, the steep drive up to accomodation was a bit daunting but got use to it

We arrived late at around 9:30 and the hostess was waiting outside for us to help with parking and settling us in our room. The view of the fortress with night lights just outside our window was outstanding! The church in town was lit up at night as well. So beautiful. The smell of blooming flowers was all over the neighborhood. We had a kitchenette to cook our meals due to diet restrictions and she had everything we needed. This place was near everything and had parking.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. There is an iron and an ironing board available, which is uncommon at 3 star accommodations. The view on Palamidi fortress and the sea was spectacular. The location was very good, only a short walk to charming city center. The hotel is uphill, but not hard to reach. The stuff was great. We had an amazing stay at Vasilis hotel. I highly recommend this place.

- A couple flight of stairs to go up to the apartment, but we did not mind - Parking spots are limited, there are about 7 parking spots of the hotel and another 4 on a public parking right next to it. Also would be hard to manoeuvre for a larger car. Make sure you don't get there too late, or it might be challenging to park (we did not have that issue) - Some kitchen equipment was very dirty like the juicer, but the rest of the apartment was very clean

Clean Mini kitchenette with basic items like toaster oven + hot plates + fridge + sink + utensils / dishes. Large room just for me Working AC - yay! Staff seemed nice but I only spoke with them for like 5 seconds.

It's a little far for walking to the main square if you were doing it with little kids or something. It's maybe 15-20 minutes walking. Wifi was unreliable and slow for me. Sometimes it worked fine, other times it didn't work almost at all. Room was not quiet. I could hear everything from everywhere all around me. At 8am the construction guys started working near the back of the room outside the building and it was quite loud in my room. The sound just bleeds right through the windows from outside even with the windows closed and latched and the walls from the neighbouring rooms. I could hear every word the people in the room next to me were saying.
