The staff were amazing! After traveling for 24 hours to get there, they greeted us with fresh squeezed orange juice, and cold washcloths to refresh ourselves. They were so kind and welcoming. In all my years of traveling I’ve never had such a warm welcome at a hotel/rental. They serve you breakfast as per what you like in your apartment each morning at the time of your choosing. Every single person on their staff was so kind and warm. The apartments are super clean and modern. It was an amazing stay there. 10/10 recommend!

The staff was exceptionally kind and took very well care of us and our baby. The apartment is well equipped and the breakfast was extraordinary - we got different local foods every day and it was delicious every time. The rooms, the pool and the spa are also very clean and beautiful. We would recommend this place for everyone, and we thought it is especially nice for families with small children.

The terrace was was far bigger than expected and very safe for our one year old baby. He was able to play outside without us having to watch him closely. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Especially Valia who made our stay extra comfortable by allowing us to check out late in order to accomodate our baby's nap. The breakfast was great and there was more than enough food. The bed ensured that we had the best sleep of our entire holiday.

This has to be one of the finest places to stay anywhere in Crete. We wanted somewhere small where you get the personal touch, yet somewhere operating to luxury standards. Here we got both. By the end we got to know all the staff who were exceptional. Nowhere have I felt more relaxed than here in 25 years of travelling. Location is perfect for easy access to the whole of wonderful Plakias.

Only (very minor) thing is the WiFi could be stronger around the grounds.

A lovely, modern and spotlessly clean small block of apartments. Interiors were spacious with big bathrooms. We didn't use the spa but were told the sauna and jacuzzi were complimentary. The pool area and garden were attractive, good-sized, and quiet when we were there. Breakfast was served on our balcony - a lovely, generous selection. Great value for money. Very helpful staff and lots of free snacks - sweets, juice and raki. Would recommend.

Don't be put off that the place is on a road behind one of the town supermarkets. At first we thought that was a bit disappointing but it's actually a great location in the town centre, close to bars, restaurants and beach.

Excellent location close to the beach and lots of tavernas. The rooms were spotless, bed was exceptionally comfortable. The pool was lovely and clean and sun beds available. The spa treatment we had was very good and very relaxing. The best part of the hotel is the people. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also exceptional. Thanks for a great stay!

This is an amazing place, with extraordinary staff, great service, exceptional room and balcony! We enjoyed every minute of it! The breakfast was exceptional and very varied. Thank you to Evghenia for all her attention and kindness and preparing it for us every day! We could not ask for more. A big thank you also to all the staff at the reception Zoe, Manolis and their other colleague - everyone was extremely professional, went out of their way to help and always there with a smile. Excellent customer service! Excellent cleaning service too! This was by far one of the best experiences we had during our trips in Crete over the years. Plakias is extremely beautiful and this place made it even more so. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you to all!

Breakfasts were outstanding, prepared with the best quality ingredients and delivered directly to our room based on agreed schedule. The whole crew was extremely kind, helpfull and professional. Spacious rooms and great, clean and fully equipped infrastructure (including SPS& Wellness part). We are 120% satisfied with our stay!

Wow, this apartment was exceptional 👌 Very friendly staff and always ready to help. Sweets, cookies and others including a bit of alcohol for a very warm welcome 😏 size of the apartment, spacious balcony, all clean and tidy, it was a perfect stay. The private car park, swimming pool and leisure area was grand. On the checkout day even in the evening we could take a shower in a leisure area bathroom, that kept us fresh for the long flight 😁

The bed was incredibly comfortable - had a fabulous sleep! Loved the breakfast choices and delivery to our room. The host at reception was fantastic - extremely helpful and polite and pleasant to deal with. Loved the location too!

The sofa was a little uncomfortable to sit on - very hard - presumably as it is used as a sofa bed.
