Very nice and clean apartment. Stunning view from balcony. Safety deposit box in the wardrobe. Parking spot for the car which is very important. Just 150 meters from check point for La Pelosa beach, accessible on foot which is very important because there is a "battle" for parking spots from early morning. Hotel restaurant is near, just accros the street.

Very poor breakfast offer for the guest who didn't take bad&breakfast. Coperto in the restaurant (lunch&dinner) is too high, 12eur is too much, I didn't like it, especially because the restaurant nearby doesn't have a coperto at all.

Exceptional location, facilities wonderful, some staff very good, food good, beach perfect, great environment for holidays with young kids.

Rooms are dated and basic, but all was expected and clear from the facilities listing. It’s part of the charm of these facilities (i.e., no luxury in the apts or hotel). Prices at the restaurant are somewhat high (espresso for 4€ is pricey in Italy)…but for the amazing location, the prices have been increasing. The restaurant staff has so many clients and work such long days, they are not the most friendly especially during high season (but to be expected when management doesn’t staff appropriately).

Excellent location with access to private La Pelosetta beach, from where you can access the main La Pelosa beach for free for swim or walking. The room and balcony have a stunning view of both beaches and the tower. The room was clean and comes with a large fridge & freezer. Free large on-site secure parking. This is a very tranquil setting.

The ceiling fan made a noise, even at the low setting. It was necessary to keep it running at night to help cool down the room. (no air conditioner). The room does not have a jug kettle to make coffee, although when I asked the lady at reception, she kindly provided one. (Thanks very much!) There were no wine glasses in the room, only small glasses. Luckily there was a wine bottle opener. No large supermarket nearby, so buy some food, coffee, wine, etc. on your way there. (I stopped in Porto Torres for that.) The kitchenette area is very small and could do with a makeover i.e. to create a small working counter and cleaner overall more modern look.

Everything, visited start October, although the place is not modern, it was very clean, with all the amenities you need coffee, tea, sugar, kettle, towels, shampoo and body wash, comfortable, quiet and the staff very helpful. Parking onsite, location amazing, access to la pelosa and the tower walking throughout the water. Restaurant in front of the hotel with the beach and sea views. Private beach. With a 10%discount to dine in the restaurant. We got free beds in front of the beach, in low season, in high season there could be 10 to 15 Euros, cheaper than in la Pelosa beach. It reminds us of Mexican hotels, with bohemia and charm. We really liked it and for the location it was more than we expected due to the reviews, please do not believe the reviews come and enjoy it.

We love everything

This was a relaxed, clean and comfortable stay. Before booking I had read mixed reviews but knew it was the ultimate location and it proved right. Yes the rooms are simple and there is no aircon but for our stay mid Sept it was enough and we were perfectly happy. I imagine in peak summer this may be a problem as the rooms do warm up. We had an awesome view from the deck over La Pelosa. The hotel chairs overlook the free La Pelosetta and we had front row beds with umbrella. It is all the same swim space, beautiful water and nice atmosphere but no crowds. Tip-You must book La Pelosa in advance if you want to use it and it is strictly policed. The hotel restaurant provided a simple breakfast of cereal, fruit, cakes, toast and toppings with barista coffee. It was enough for us. Parking was onsite. We had a lunch and two dinners at the Ristorante La Pelosetta and the food was fresh and delicious, a couple of the best meals we have had.

We have no complaints as we went with reasonable expectations and loved our stay.

The reception staff is super kind. The location cannot be better, just a few steps from the La Pelosetta beach. Unbelievable view. If all you want to do is go to the beach, you don't even need to use your car. The restaurant across the street is nice and workers in there very kind too. The breakfast is served at this restaurant.

We've got like two double rooms in one, which I loved, but not very spacious (we did have 2 big suitcases and a smaller one), and the bathroom was a little outdated, could use some renovations, and a more thorough cleaning too, some shelves were dusty. But in general I loved our stay there and would do it again.

Don’t even know from where to start.. Loved absolutely everything about this place and the lovely staff. The location is perfect and you can enter La Pelloseta beach for free through the restaurant which is next to the hotel, if you want a sunbed, then you pay 10 eur which is totally reasonable. Also you get 10% discount for everything in the restaurant. The breakfast is great. We asked to leave our luggage till we can check in cause we came early in the morning and this amazing thing happened that our room was ready and they allowed us to enter the room way earlier than it was supposed to be without any additional payment. And the final touch was that the lovely girl in the reception recommended to use a shuttle bus from La Pelosa to Alghero airport which was completely for free. If you are looking for a great resort experience, you definitely need to choose this accommodation. ❤️‍🔥

The room we rented was with sea view and it was an amazing spot. We admired the sunset from the terrace truly lovely. The room was basic. The staff was kind and helpful. They offer a typical Italian breakfast. We liked the stay and the kindness of the people. The best part is the beach La Pelosa and the beach of the hotel are amazing. We discover that you can stay in the beach area of the hotel and just walk to the Pelosa beach through the water without the need to make the reservation, just saying. The lovely staff gave us the mats to use at the beach so grateful!

The location for the view 🤩 is stunning ☀️ I wake up early morning to see the sunrise in front of our terrace. - All apartments face the beach, really beautiful to see different shades of blue.. very relaxing. - I personally love the idea that they have kitchen in their apartments. I hope that they will continue to maintain these lovely residence. - equipped with utelsils, plates, cooking knife, hangers, hairdryer, Moka for italian coffee, cookware. - you need to buy the essential things like dish soap, sponge 🧽 sugar, salt, coffee, etc..,water. But I think their tap water is potable. - at our first day I was feeling itchiness on my nose but then I started sneezing a lot related to my allergy with accumulated dust until the 3rd day of our stay - then, I messaged the hotel through booking app to ask If they could change our comforters (which I think the cause of my allergy) but they kindly suggested to clean the whole apartment and change our towels and linens without additional cost. Which I really appreciated ♥️ they made our stay comfortable. Thank you for having us

- WIFI 🥹 almost impossible to use. - signal of our phone inside the apartment is very weak. (🤭 but it helps one not to continue using gadgets while on vacation)

The location could not be better, directly in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardegna (and the world); the breakfast in the nearby beach restaurant was excellent, and in the early season we got free sunbeds

Unfortunately we were assigned a ground floor room, which somewhat limited the seaview compared to first floor rooms; in general the structure is a bit old (but well kept); shockingly, La Pelosa can get crowded even in early May
