The reception staff is super kind. The location cannot be better, just a few steps from the La Pelosetta beach. Unbelievable view. If all you want to do is go to the beach, you don't even need to use your car. The restaurant across the street is nice and workers in there very kind too. The breakfast is served at this restaurant.

We've got like two double rooms in one, which I loved, but not very spacious (we did have 2 big suitcases and a smaller one), and the bathroom was a little outdated, could use some renovations, and a more thorough cleaning too, some shelves were dusty. But in general I loved our stay there and would do it again.

Don’t even know from where to start.. Loved absolutely everything about this place and the lovely staff. The location is perfect and you can enter La Pelloseta beach for free through the restaurant which is next to the hotel, if you want a sunbed, then you pay 10 eur which is totally reasonable. Also you get 10% discount for everything in the restaurant. The breakfast is great. We asked to leave our luggage till we can check in cause we came early in the morning and this amazing thing happened that our room was ready and they allowed us to enter the room way earlier than it was supposed to be without any additional payment. And the final touch was that the lovely girl in the reception recommended to use a shuttle bus from La Pelosa to Alghero airport which was completely for free. If you are looking for a great resort experience, you definitely need to choose this accommodation. ❤️‍🔥

The location for the view 🤩 is stunning ☀️ I wake up early morning to see the sunrise in front of our terrace. - All apartments face the beach, really beautiful to see different shades of blue.. very relaxing. - I personally love the idea that they have kitchen in their apartments. I hope that they will continue to maintain these lovely residence. - equipped with utelsils, plates, cooking knife, hangers, hairdryer, Moka for italian coffee, cookware. - you need to buy the essential things like dish soap, sponge 🧽 sugar, salt, coffee, etc..,water. But I think their tap water is potable. - at our first day I was feeling itchiness on my nose but then I started sneezing a lot related to my allergy with accumulated dust until the 3rd day of our stay - then, I messaged the hotel through booking app to ask If they could change our comforters (which I think the cause of my allergy) but they kindly suggested to clean the whole apartment and change our towels and linens without additional cost. Which I really appreciated ♥️ they made our stay comfortable. Thank you for having us

- WIFI 🥹 almost impossible to use. - signal of our phone inside the apartment is very weak. (🤭 but it helps one not to continue using gadgets while on vacation)

The location could not be better, directly in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardegna (and the world); the breakfast in the nearby beach restaurant was excellent, and in the early season we got free sunbeds

Unfortunately we were assigned a ground floor room, which somewhat limited the seaview compared to first floor rooms; in general the structure is a bit old (but well kept); shockingly, La Pelosa can get crowded even in early May

The location is unbeatable! It was easy to access everything and the restaurant and bar were a pretty setting. My king sized sofa bed was super comfortable. It was so clean, we had plenty of fresh white towels, the bathroom was perfect, The view from the balcony was serene and private. The breakfast and dinner food was so delicious. The morning staff was friendly and delightful. We were able to request & purchase the B&B option and really enjoyed the atmosphere in the morning setting. Although we both don’t speak Italian at all well, the waitstaff still made a genuine effort to speak some English and lots of smiles around.

The two single small beds were extremely uncomfortable enough so that one of us did not sleep well for the two nights. It would make a difference to make those a little softer. The dinner food was, on both nights, excellent (!!!) Evening dinner staff seemed stressed out and it was not a comfortable atmosphere for us. It may have had to do with us arriving towards the end of dinner service. Both nights the staff seemed upset about something and it wasn’t an easy feeling like the morning experience.

This hotel is the perfect choice if you want to visit La Pelosa beach. The location is actually 300 meters from the beach and from the balcony you have the amazing view of the golf and the sunrise. Since there are few accommodation possibilities is the area La Pelosetta residence is in the epicenter of this (over)quoted beach. The only place you can eat is on the restaurant they have, located on the other side of the street. Rich breakfast but lots of flies, this is something they should do about it. Otherwise comfortable beds, parking inside the property, nice staff.

The hotel is kind of obsolete, no air condition, just a fan on the ceiling. We were there in October, we didn't need it but maybe is summer it might be an issue. No soap in the bathroom. Hygiene is the hotel restaurant was rather poor (flies all over).

Location absolutely fabulous. Pietro and the nice receptionist in the afternoon … such great service ! Wonderful view, parking included, an absolute must because outside of the hotel, parking people patrol the area and give tickets two minutes after you park and didn’t have time yet to pay. A big turn off for the tourist and the Stintino community.

It was all wonderful. Stintino is a nice little town with lots of potential outside of la Pelosa beach, totally overpriced but fantastic.

Exclusive access to La Pelosetta! We were also able to get to La Pelosa easily by going through the water, an easy workaround since we weren’t able to get tickets 48 hrs prior. Beach umbrellas are affordable for hotel guests. Free parking is available on site, which made things so much easier! Great breakfast, and guests get 10% off at the restaurant for lunch or dinner, but remember to make reservations! Nice rooms overlooking the sea.

No AC, but there are fans and there was a nice breeze from the sea.

- wonderful view in front of the appartment - the Pelosa Beach, Pelosa Tower 👌 and sunrise. - staffs were great 👍 very kind and helpful - I’d come back in this place anytime 🤩 we don’t drive, but the appartment can be easily reached by bus (ARST or SARDABUS) , 1 km walk from the bus stop. about 25 min walk having heavy luggage. better if you bring all the essential things for cooking and bottled water. supermarkets are very far away from this place.

- the beds were hard, for us it was uncomfortable. - they don’t have mosquito nets (zanzariera) although we came at the month of May, flies continue coming inside the appartment especially while cooking - no scissor, no chopping board, no knife for cooking (only steak knife) - no dishwashing soap, sponge, straccio e strofinaci for cleaning the kitchen. at least they should provide these necessary things for cleaning, or else we’ll just wash the dishes with water. (good thing we brought one on our stay)

We have a room with a view of the sea and the beach was in 2 minute walk from the room door. I would suggest to have a dinner in the restaurant which is part of the hotel facilities. The discount there is a good bonus. The room is good, not exceptional, but with a great balcony. There was also a small fridge available.

The breakfast could be a bit better. The second room is a bit too dark.
