The location was good. Amenities were great. My kids really enjoyed the different pools.

I was asked to attend what the concierge referred to as a "brag session". I knew going in that they were going to try to sell me a time share, but the sales staff during this session were incredibly pushy. We tried every way possible to tell them no and that was an unacceptable answer. We were told going in that this would be a 90 minute session. It ended up being 2 and a half hours before we could get away from the salesmen. I will never sign up for one of these sessions again. This session took up a good chunk of one of the 3 days I was there.

I enjoyed the fact that the room was so clean. The bathroom (mainly toilet) was nice and clean. I normally try bring my own blanket etc. because I hate sleeping on the ones provided. This time I forgot those things and still slept comfortably in the bed all night. Oh and I also enjoyed the fact that I was able to wash up all of our clothing before leaving.

I didn't like that the walls are really thin. My husband and I were awaken each morning at 6:30am to two kids running, play fighting and screaming at each other from the unit next door. We did not want to get up that early while on vacation.

The place was beautiful the room was awesome it was nice and big in there enough room for everybody we really enjoyed ourselves the bed was so comfortable pillows was so soft the pool... the hot tub ...the indoor pool all of it was nice it was nice and warm too I really enjoyed myself after reading some reviews I thought that it may be a little off but when I got there it was so beautiful everything was so awesome.. my family and I can't wait to come back. .. I really recommend you visit this place it's also around everything you got everything they got to shuttle bus that take you back and forth I promise you you won't go wrong..

My husband has a birthmark on his arm and it's called a hairy Nevis so we had a lot of people staring instead of asking what it was on his arm so that we could educate them ..they would stare and make faces so that's the only thing that really pissed me off..

We loved the scenery and our two bedroom unit was very spacious!! Our children (including our teenager) enjoyed everything at the resort!! Everything was nearby even the convenience store at the end of the street I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grand Palms 10/10. We'll usually book oceanfront resorts In Myrtle, but this was pretty dope. I see Surfside is more kid friendly!! My Family and I will be returning soon!!

Soon as you arrive the front desk is demanding $100 that wasn't discussed during booking. We're used to paying everything upfront and it's usually included in the total!! When we got in our unit I wasn't so mad after all though !!

The stay there was very nice and the shuttle drivers were phenomenal!

I was contacted by a member of your staff the night before and he told me to come on in as early as I like the room was ready. When I call the next morning they informed me it was going to cost over $100 to get in early!?? Around noonish the lady informed me it would be $28 I was already very upset so I did not pay the money I waited until checkout time I will not be back. It would have been nice if I was told when he called me that there would be a fee or I would not have come early.

Even after a disturbance from our rude and loud neighbor the resort kindly moved us to another room and were very accommodating! The resort was clean and easily accessible! 100% will stay again!!! Rooms were clean and spacious and very nice!

We were staying next to an owner who was loud and rude. We called security because we heard loud yelling/cursing and crashing and were worried about what was going on next door. After security came and spoke with them the owner of that unit came and bashed on our door and yelled at us about calling the cops on her (we called the front desk not the cops because the cursing and yelling and smashing of things was alarming along with children crying).

I loved how close it was to everything and all the resort amenities that it had! The room was really nice. The staff were delightful.

The room needed to be dusted. People should be able to choose if they want a room that’s conjoined to another. We could see the light underneath door from the person staying next door. They were very loud and had a baby that kept us up most the night(we’ve kids so we know how that goes) but it would’ve just been nice to know before hand that we were going to be staying in a connected suite. The doors that connected the rooms had gaps and the noise/lights were just a huge damper on our stay.

The pools and hot tubs were great. Our Villa was very comfortable and cozy, but had a slight smell of mildew. AC unit worked great. The kitchenette was just perfect. Next time we will bring a latger pan and more food to prepare. The coffee was even good. Plenty of dishes for 3 adults and even a cork screw! The washer and dryer was definitely a surprise that I was grateful for. The towels and linen were soft and very clean. The check in process was great ask for Chantelle, she was very kind and full of information.

The only things that we didn't like was the hint of mildew smell. It wasn't really bad but was noticeable.!! Also the ceiling fan was squeaky.

The shuttles to and from the beach is awesome especially for the Littles. If you're bringing a lot of stuff don't worry they have room in the back of the shuttle to load it into. The pool was amazing my 1 and 2 year old had an absolute blast. It was way bigger than expected and the kids had an awesome time running the hallways. This would be great for a long stay as it offers a lot of storage. Plus the washer and dryer so you don't have to bring a ton of clothes. Overall great experience we will be back next year for sure!

I didn't like that the room once you looked around it was kinda dirty like smears of random stuff on the wall some buildup in the showers. Nothing like overly icky but still when you're paying good money it should be taken care of better. Half the electronics didn't work, now I will say it could have been User error but neither of the hair dryers worked and all the lamps were either missing light bulbs or they didn't work. I didn't report it because honestly I could care less just thought it was odd.

Place was great 😁⛱️. I love that we were 1 building away for my grandchildren ,son n daughter in law. The pools an hot tubs were so nice. Even tho signs were posted about kids under 5 r not aloud in the hot tub. Also I would never complain There was a stain on one of the sheets, so we just washed . For next year, where is the breakfast so we know next u 😏 😀?

Besides getting lost 3 times trying to find the G.P.R. .The directions that were sent to me by email, kept trying to make us go to S.M.B.R.we should of been there about 815 an didnt get there till 10 pm. I hope u guys can fix the direction. Hoping it doesnt happen to other resort guest. Other then . It's was very nice trip
