The back entrance to this hotel, is beautifully unique, however the front entrance I feel, let it down slightly! The expectation we had before arriving was not met, due to having to enter through the front entrance, which is not appealing! Once inside it showcased some beautiful original features! Staff were polite & helpful and the knowledgeable barman polite and friendly also! Centrally located and ideal if you want to look around this beautiful walled French town!

Our room was a very good size however the décor was not to our taste.

The suite was nice - however I was expecting it to be more contemporary, as the photos on Booking.com showed. It was very old fashioned and dated, not what I was expecting, so I was a little disappointed. However, the breakfast, facilities in the room, location, and bar / courtyard areas were all great! Also very good service from all the staff

Location is perfect and very convenient in the busy Beaune especially if you have a car, there is private parking. The staff was nice and fixed all the little issues we had with our room immediately. The towels are extremely soft. The shower is nice and they also have a very nice cosmetic and body cream in the room. Both inside and outside breakfast options are beautiful locations. The hotel guest areas are beautifully decorated.

We had some inconveniences with the old toilet pipes, but it was very quickly fixed. The prices at the bar and restaurant and a bit overpriced.

The hotel is perfectly positioned to the town centre, it has secure valet parking within yards of the rooms. The staff are extremely helpful and polite. On both visits I have made to the hotel I have been fortunate to have been upgraded to a beautiful room! The style and decor of Le Cep are stylish and tasteful.

There really is nothing to dislike! The cost of the stay may be above average for the area but you really do get what you pay for!

The hotel was in the center which was perfect. Our room got upgraded to a bigger one with its own balcony which was very nice! 24/7 bar and service in the hotel. They also had turn-down service! Which we did not expect however this was a delightful suprise. We came with an electric car and the hotel charged it which was also a suprise! The style is a bit "vintage" old style which we liked.

Parking is 24 a day which we knew since they do tell you this however we find this quite expensive since the rooms are also not cheap.

The terrace! I asked for a terrace and it was huge. Our room was also large and very comfortable. The location is within walking distance of the entire town.

The air conditioning was really working hard and barely was able to keep up. Might be worth investing in the individual air conditioners. They work much better.

The location is brilliant and the hotel is gorgeous. Drinks were a little pricey but the room made up for it. We didn't have any food there as it was Bastille Day and their restaurant was closed but the breakfast looked good the next morning however we had to get on the road to the vineyards!

The location was very convenient and walkable to the town of Beaune. It was surprisingly quiet street at night. We ordered breakfast to the room, and it was delivered so quick and very delicious! We got upgraded and greatly enjoyed the spacious suite. The rooms are traditional, but beautiful. The entire hotel is beautiful.

The only downside was taking a large key with you for the room.

Breakfast not so good I am afraid. I did not have fresh eggs or anything extra from the menu so can not comment on this . I was disappointed but the staff was so lovely it really did not matter
