This was my second stay at Aspire Inn, and once again it was extremely clean, which is very important to me. I stayed there two nights a couple years ago, and I stayed three nights on this visit. On this visit, I had a surprisingly nice view of trees out my window, which I enjoyed in the mornings. I like the fact that there are no carpets in the rooms, so no musty smells or wondering what's in the carpet. The first time I stayed there I didn't hear any other guests at all! This time I was right by the lobby, so I did hear some people on their way to check out in the mornings, but they were not noisy and the whole place is basically very quiet. The desk clerks are very helpful and accommodated my late check-in/check-out, which made my trip much easier. Some of my relatives I was vacationing with had Hilton travel points so they stayed at a different hotel, but they said next time they go to Orange County they will definitely stay at Aspire Inn because they were so impressed with the cleanliness, appearance and quietness after spending some time in my room.

On my most recent stay there, the television in my room spontaneously turned on in the wee hours of the morning. After that happened the first night, I turned the TV volume completely down in case it happened again, which it did. After the second night, I reported it to the desk clerk. English was not his first language, so I'm not sure he understood me, and.he spoke so quietly I sometimes had to guess at what he was saying. Ultimately he showed me where to unplug the TV. My third night was uninterrupted by noise from the TV or a flickering TV screen. Despite the TV issue, I would definitely stay at Aspire Inn again,

I stay here quite a bit. I'm sure all of the staff is very nice however, the only staff that I interact with is Peter. I usually check in later in the evening and he is always at the front desk. I usually check in really late, and he's always accommodating. The rooms are all very nice, large and as clean as you would hope they would be. The price is great during the week or on the weekends. Most of these things are not hard to find in Orange county. What is hard to find are people like Peter. when I walk into the lobby, I don't feel like he's asking me how I've been because it's in the employee handbook. It's genuine and I appreciate it. The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Examples: they let us check in an hour early. My pillow was way too firm and they found me a better one. There was no lamp on the desk but they brought one. When I needed more coffee packets, they brought them. The hotel is right by the entrance to the 55.

We stayed 4 nights and they never emptied the trash, but I’m sure they would have if we had asked, because we did finally ask for clean towels. The towels were very small and worn thin. There were no electric outlets by the bed.

The room is very simple which worked very well for my senior mother. The air conditioner easily controlled. Room well lit. Comfortable bed. Nice television with cable. You are also able to sign into your own streaming services directly on the TV. There is a reminder to sign out of your services before you leave. You can also connect to hdmi if you travel with a roku or similar device. Location is quiet but very close to good food and shopping. The best part is the customer service. Everyone was very polite from the time I got there. I did not have to ask for anything extra. The room was well stocked. I extended my stay one more night.

There were old stains in the shower. But not outrageous or uncommon.

The hotel is within .6 miles of our son’s house, and .75 miles from the nearest major grocery store. Walkable to both. We have stayed here 3 times this year, and have requested the same room each time. The staff have been accommodating. The hotel meets our needs - we don’t require a lot of amenities. There is a microwave and refrigerator, so we are able to bring food and make our own breakfast.

The walls are thin. There is one bar of soap, one hand towel, one wash cloth, and two bath towels. Very basic.

The room was HUGE, building was very quiet for being on a busy street. Everything was clean, no complaints at all. Parking off the street, none of the usual "hotel shenanigans" going on so it felt very safe to have my 6 year old there with us. Right next door is Troy's burgers with the best breakfast burritos so im very happy i found this hotel.

I didn't like that i had to leave.

From the staff at the front office to the rooms everything is amazing you can tell they care about your experience throughout your whole stay they also offer free parking love how the rooms are big and modern.

I liked everything about the property

The service was unexpectedly superb. Peter at the front desk was always helpful, greeted me cheerfully, and helped me get those extra towels. I extended my stay another 3 days because of him.

Would have been nice to have paid laundry on site.

It’s worth your pocket, I’ve stayed several times and will continue if ever in the area. No parking fee.

Only issue I have is no security guard that I saw but they do have several surveillance cámaras on the property, also I have not ran into any issues in needing security but it will make someone staying feel a bit safer.

The front desk guy checking us in was more into his online game on his phone. We stood there for some time before he acknowledged us. The window in our room had a broken lock but they came right away and secured it for us.
