The location was perfect, less than two minute walk from the main station. Was also next to a tram station which we received complementary tickets for, which we used with great ease. There was a complementary breakfast which was really good, ended up eating a good size portion of spaghetti which was tasty, many options in the morning. Rice, spaghetti, frittas, vegetables etc. Good food in the local area and quite reasonable, can recommend the places in the station or even in the buildings that the hotel was apart of. The hotel itself was reasonable for cost, especially considering the lack of other hotels in the area. The staff at reception could speak English which really helped with checkin.

The soundproofing wasn’t amazing which was slightly a nuisance, mostly because I was with a group of friends and we were nervous of being too loud as the hallway soundproofing was not good. The beds were quite hard which is not a major issue, just something more to note.

This Hotel is new and very value for money!! They provided the amenities that we could pick by ourselves, elevators, breakfast. The parking lot was not free, but there was a hotel rate. However, our car was Toyota Alphard (for 7 persons). It was too big to park in the hotel parking lot. We had to park at the Time parking lot instead and we didn't get the hotel rate.

The Breakfast area seemed like a School canteen. It was very busy in the morning and the meals seemed not enough for customers. Some menu did not fill up. Anyway, there were variety vending machines there.

The location is excellent since it's right next close to the train station. As for the staff, one of the staff, he went above and beyond to assist us regardless of how busy the reception area was. We really appreciate what he did on helping us check in and storing our luggage and then helping us check out the next day, while he also filled out the luggage transfer for our next hotel. Regarding the food, the breakfast is good but there is nothing to write home about. As for the room and the bathroom, it is in good size. Amenities are great. And there are multiple washing machines and dryers so you don't have to wait long for others to be done.

Actually, the hotel exceeded my expectations. All the people around are very kind and helpful, tasty Japanese breakfast and a bed which has been perfectly hard for a good sleep. There is laundry, a wending machine, microwave, and printer in the hotel's lobby. Location is also very useful: in front of the train main station, bus and tram stops, so one can easily reach any other part of the city. In addition, one has beautiful views to mountains.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the station. The rooms, even if not very spacious, are confortable enough. The breakfast is mainly japanese style and rather varied. Finally the staff is very nice and helpful. In our case they helped us a lot to ship our luggage to our following destination and they took care of everything. .

The rooms were a bit tight, especially if having some luggage. And rhe breakfast room was a bit crowded at certain time. But, in general from our point of view, according to the price.

Stationed here for traveling to Tateyama and Kanazawa and gotta say we've picked the right place. Great location - just a block away from the train station. Considering Toyama is a hub for intercity travel, the hotel provides sufficient guidance and information. Very helpful staff. The room wasn't huge, yet was neat and compact enough to provide everything that we needed. Nice breakfast, very nutritious with a variety of choices that were uniquely Japan.

Nothing to complain about really. Disposable slippers and toothbrushes were not provided but you can always purchase them at the front desk.

Staff was really helpful and helped me step by step during the check-in process. The hotel provided pajamas which you are allowed to collect from the lobby (near the lift) to be used for sleeping. It is also strategically located near the station which makes it super convenient for a decent walk to Kansui park.

Buffet breakfast was just decent but some of the food was passable - good for the convenience if you're wanting a quick breakfast before heading out. Other than that, everything else was expectable of a budget stay near the train station.

Location location location. In the heart of Toyama, as i first time traveller, i appreciated the access to fresh groceries, night life and a walk took me too a beautiful river which made me feel at home. There was a theatrical performance at the train station, people sitting to watch sumo in the foyer of CLc building, food food food, amazing fashion (soooo affordable however small sizes), and Bengal Spice tea in the supermarket. If you know you know!!!

The computerised check in/out is new to me however the staff were supportive.

The location is superb - literally in front of Toyama JR and Dentetsu Railway Station, as well as a tram stop. There are several restaurants around the hotel. The room is well-equipped with all amenities you need. The included breakfast is delicious with reasonably various choices. Hotel staffs are friendly and supportive.

Compared to other hotels with same quality, this hotel is quite pricy. Also, it seems the hotel has no triple room with triple beds for family like us.

it was the perfect stiffness for the bed, the airconditioning was perfectly placed and did not cause me to have a cold. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast had incredible variety. I would always come back here :)

There is not much to write here. Maybe you can make a description for the AC remote for foreigners but otherwise everything was very self explainatory and pleasing :)
