Fantastic hotel with amazing views for breakfast. Yes, it is a 10 minute walk from the beach, some of which is uphill, but as 30 year olds we didn't have any issues at all and never got the shuttle, which was also available at key times. The rooms are a good size, slightly dated decor but this didn't bother us at all - they were cleaned daily and had everything we needed. The thermal pool was also lovely for a dip and unique experience.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a room with a sea view which was wonderful, it was clean and had mini fridge, kettle and air-conditioned. The beaches and town close by are very nice, and the hotel offers an electric car transport in designated times to take you up and down the hill to these two locations! In the summer heat, I think using the service is very wise! Take the ferry to Forio if you can, then you can get a bus frok there (20 minutes to Cava Grado) and then you call the hotel for pickup and your charged only for the bags (not the people), same eith going back. You can also use a taxi. The rest of the time, the electric car is free to use to the two locations (St. Angelos town and beach Fumarole). The breakfast is nice, pastries, fruit, ham, cheese, bread and coffee, tea, juice. And breakfast view is amazing!

Just the fact that the hotel is so high up on a hill (but it is how you get such an amazing view), and you have to rely on the electric car service a bit. But if you can handle the 15 minutes up and down the hill (and the weather is not as hot), then it is worth it! And with timing the electric car service well, and making use of the bus from Cava Grado, you can see multiple towns and beaches in the area!

Friendly and welcoming staff who strive to make guests feel comfortable. Breakfasts are fresh with a fairly varied selection, the breakfast window is convenient from 7:30 to 11 am The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Sant'Angelo beach or Fumarolle beach. During the day, the hotel staff can provide trasfer on request in electric cars similar to those used in golf. The hotel is clean and regularly cleaned. We liked our stay at Hotel Loreley

Fabulous location with amazing views. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Free buggy was great and fun. Very clean everywhere. Choice for breakfast was very good.

Extractor fan very noisy in Bathroom and the air conditioning was temperamental but it didn't spoil my stay.

Everything other than the broken air conditioner is fantastic! Because of the beautiful location, I could have everything that I expected, beautiful oceN views, good beach access, nice restaurants! My child loved the shuttle.

I definitely want to come back to this hotel! However, my husband doesn't agree because he needs an air conditioner in the room. Please repair or update it!

Fantastic staff, very helpful and friendly. very good location with a beautiful breakfast view. sant’Angelo was beautiful and it is a big plus that the hotel organizes shuttle to and back from the beach for free each time. we had a fantastic room with a sea view.

the shower. every time we took a shower the bathroom floor got all wet as there was no good solution there. The room could also have a small fridge to keep cold water.

The village in general very beautiful, so amazing views is everywhere there. Especially nice was the terrace where is breakfast area. Staff was very kind. They have shuttle which can take you down to the Sant Angelo from top. Breakfast was okey, we liked fresh fruits and bakery, the coffee was good. They also have lunch time so you can order something day time, but it’s limited. Unfortunately night time possible to eat only outside of hotel.

The keys from room is so old, every time you have to spend few minutes to open or close the door. It’s time to renovate it.

Great location away from Ischia town. Fantastic simple breakfast.Beautiful scenery. Lovely restaurants. Not 5 star and maybe needs a smarten up but beautiful gardens and terrace. Who needs 5 star when you have a beautiful family run hotel like this.

Pool was amazing, location was perfect. It only took a call to get the cart, or if thw cart wasn't running the walk was not bad. We loved the view and the area.

We were told we didn't need a reservation at the beach, we thought it was included but we got there and found out we still had to pay but got a discount

The view was amazing! Ocean from our balcony and absolutely made me know I was in Italy and on an island! When the weather is nice enough, the breakfast is served outside on the terrace...unbelievable view! We chose this hotel because of the "adventure" of riding the golf carts and for the pool. It's not a big pool, but was perfect for my 4 year old, and because temperatures were hotter than we are used to, we spent most of the time at the pool. If you're picking a hotel because that's where you will spend most of the time, this is it! We absolutely enjoyed it.

When the weather isn't nice, the breakfast is indoors and not nearly as scenic, but was sufficient. The hotel is definitely near the top of the hill, but even my 4 year old was able to walk down to the beach, and they have a complimentary golf cart shuttle most of the day which definitely came in handy. We visited in September and weather was still hot, but also rainy. Although that didn't really stop us!
