Flexibility of situation handling. Provided upgrade. Tasty breakfast. Location is excellent. Close to shops, restaurants. Nice city view. We are staying in this hotel mostly when we are in town. This last occasion was so far the best.

The breakfast staff could be more friendly. A smile cost nothing. And starting your day in the hotel seeing the staaf (some of them) making faces behind the guest is not very professional. Parking by the hotel is a bit tricky. Not many spots owned by the hotel. However parking houses are 10 minutes walk away. Or paid spots on the street but this option is the most expensive.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Helpful professional service. A plentiful and diverse breakfast buffet, good quality products, tasty. We had to leave our car at the public parking space next to the hotel - the payment was not so much as we left early in the morning, but if you stay longer beware of the underground garage.

We arrived in a VW Touran and couldn't go into the underground parking provided by the hotel as the entrance was too steep and narrow. Not convenient at all. For a smaller car maybe it's ok. The picture of the hotel on the site is different from the building where you arrive. We didn't realize it was the right hotel for a while....

Location was ideal so close to the old town. Breakfast was a good selection. There is a pub on site. Hotel was very good value for money. We were able to check in a little earlier which was appreciated. The room was a good size.

Parking was limited and all taken up for our stay. We were expecting a modern room from the pictures but got an older room that had some wear to it. There was quite a bit of mould on the tiles around the bath. The room was on the 4th floor and when we came out of the lift we had to go down a small flight of stairs with suitcases to our room which was unexpected.

Even though I stayed only 1 night, the hotel fully met my expectations. It's located only 5 min walk from the Main Train Station. Staff was very nice, all english speaking, let me store my luggage before check in time. The room was very clean, internet was fast. The bathroom was a bit dated, with a sink, bathtub and toilet from 80s design. There was no counter in the bathroom to put your stuff and some kind of monstrous outdated hair dryer. It reminded greatly of soviet times hotels. But everything was in working order. My room also had a teakettle with tea/coffee packs.

The only thing I did not like is the noise. The hotel is overlooking a very busy 5 lane street. You can't sleep with you window open. I had to change my room to the one that was facing the side of the building, but it was rather noisy too. So just keep it in mind.

we were welcomed by a receptionist radiating beauty inside and out. When we entered our room, we encountered the same atmosphere. While people in a large villa do not feel at ease, everyone distant from each other trying to find a sitting area, we certainly felt at our pleasant atmosphere in this small room and spent a good night. my thanks to the hotel management team. my warm regards

The location is excellent. The only thing I felt was lacking, and that was exactly the reason why we did not go to the restaurant. I am vegetarian my friend is not and the restaurant has nothing to offer vegetarians and my friend refused to go alone or me going with her but she would eat alone. Oh one more thing, the toilet flashes and the hairdryer. The toilet flash is very loud and very old fashioned. The hairdryer is also very old and very slow to dry hair (my hair is down to my waist it takes time to dry it with a powerful dryer but here it took ages. However our stays were good and in the future I would definitely return and recommend the place to my friends.

Unfortunately the waiters in restaurant when we had ordered some omelets they say yes and after that they keep saying for 25 mines wait for moment until we fed up and leave and decide not to have any breakfast in hotel due to bad impression we got about hotel restaurant. That’s only thing was bothering our stay otherwise everything was excellent and perfect.

The hotel was great! The room was very bright, there was everything for a good stay, the neighbors were not heard, so I rested peacefully in the room. This hotel is worth these funds. Also, the excellent location of the hotel makes it convenient to travel around the city, especially for those who like walking.

I arrived earlier, before that by changing the time of arrival, but I did not see that the time had not changed. So I arrived at the hotel, but I was told at the reception that it was impossible to check in until 2 hours ago, and the time in the application has not changed. So, check-in and check-out for everyone is unchanged. It made me uncomfortable because I had to wait 2 hours after a long journey with my suitcases. I don't blame the hotel more than my mistake, but it would be better if there were other solutions for such cases than to sit and wait tired after a hard journey.

What a lovely classic hotel close to the town centre and railway station. Comfortable large bed, nice linen, very clean. Lovely breakfast included in our price, which was exceptionally reasonable, half what we normally expect to pay. Gyor was a delightful town, super clean, lovely buildings, by the river, lots of eating places and nice to walk around. A good stop off on route from Vienna to Lake Balaton. Helpful, courteous staff. Definitely recommend.

Nice staff, provided us with good recommendation where to eat as when we arrived their kitchen was already closed. Great location in center of Gyor and good breakfast.

Although property mentions EV chargers they where blocked by non-EV cars and staff said the owner of those cars reserved parking upfront. Well so did we and we mentioned we are arriving in an EV car.
