The staff were excellent and very helpful. Organised a taxi for us when we left and assisted us with providing our destination to the taxi driver. We requested a hair dryer and it was promptly delivered. Congratulations on amazing from the staff. Breakfast staff was very helpful. Breakfast was really great value for Euro $10. Excellent location, walking distance to the town centre, railway and town hall. Great value for the room.

The air conditioner didn't work, not an issue for May but hopefully it will work in summer. They were renovating so perhaps that was the reason. Would have been useful to have tea/coffee making facilities.

It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was a decent size and clean. There was ample wardrobe space, too, and a table on which I could work plus a dresser. The chairs were comfortable, too.

Some of the enamel from the bathtub had been worn away, leaving a brown mark. The hairdryer was broken (cracked) and sparked then smoked when I tried to use it. I meant to inform reception of this but I kept forgetting due to my schedule while in Győr. Also as it started to get colder, I noticed my radiators weren’t turning on. However, reception quickly provided me with a portable radiator.

Good location, good value of money

They ask things unmentioned in booking presentation. Is mandatory to complete check-in form before arrival and send by email outside of booking.com. The room key placed outside on the wall in a box about which nothing mentioned in booking confirmation. You have to phone to a number placed outside on the wall and a nice voice tell you number of box and pin to open the box to take the room key. All these information should be mentioned in booking confirmation.

We had a great time at the hotel with excellent staff who did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is great for exploring Győr and we had a very comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Thank you!

Small hotel in the heart of Győr. It's walking distance from the soho of the city. The staff is super friendly and flexible. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is okey (nothing extra, but good value for the money).

The access to the room is a bit of a labyrinth, but it was okey.

Great Breakfast, very nice staff, fresh and tasty. Expresso coffe use to be included, now is paid separately, only the american coffee is included, mind you, not too many americans stop here.

The staff was excelent and very helpfull. The lady in the reception was waiting for us in hotel for check in and show us the free parking place for our car even it was after her working time.

Located in the old-town, sights are easily accessible from here. Nice staff, home-y atmosphere.

A bit old-fashioned. Relatively small rooms. Good for 1-2 nights, but not comfortable for longer stays. Parking at property costs extra.

Liked the location and the hotel facilities. The whole establishment is really welcoming and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of food.

As our room was downstairs, near the staircase, we could hear the other guests coming and going.
