Hotel well keeps IBIS standard. Rooms are small but comfortable, soundproof and perfectly clean. Although small, there is plenty of appropriately designed storage spaces. Bed pleasant. Well working shower with fine universal body-hair gel. Breakfast here is really very good - for a 3star hotel - it is fantastic, nothing missing. We loved "sweet pumpkin cream" waffles. Safe parking for 10 EUR/day. Well trained staff, fine people at the reception. 15 min walk from city center, close to the train station and grand "Arkád" shopping mall.

Although all spotless clean, some parts of the room show that they have been in service for many years. Hence the point down .)

That there are hidden charges,for the car even though they have private parking and for the cat.And after asking I figured out I need to pay extra for the parking and my cat.I mean I would pay gladly, but why does it need to be extra and not included upon making the reservation through booking.com

Very friendly staff! They answered all our questions and requests without hesitation and always a smile. It was a few minutes walking distance from the city centre were no cars are allowed. Charming little town that exceeded our expectations and in general all the people in the city were super friendly!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the food was good (some made "in home" like the very tasty "almás rétes", a very nice young lady who is also a confectioner told us). There is a common "kitchen" near the lobby, where there is a fridge and basic kitchenware.

The parking, which costs 10 euros, is not guarded. We saw a camera there, but it does not cover the whole parking lot and there is an announcement on the wall that the hotel does not assume responsability in case of theft. In this case, the parking should be free of charge.

Wi-Fi didn’t work that well. Charged 10 Euro per pet even though 2 very small chihuahuas. Other hotels we have stayed at recognise this and charge for one. Also a 10 Euro charge for parking. So although on searching booking.com it comes up cheaper than others there are these hidden costs. Young guy on duty on arrival in the afternoon not very friendly but staff in the morning made up for this.

I was very surprised with all facilities, location and properties. Everything was top - clean, parking, food, comfortable beds. I recommend this place and next time in Gyor no doubt will book you again

There was no balcony and as a smoker should go outsidе

The hotel staff were helpful and professional. The room was prepared for us with a baby cot. The breakfast was extensive and good. There was a high chair available. The location is very convenient for downtown, the station & local amenities.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was in a good position a short walk to the town centre (10mins) or to the Arkad shopping centre. There is parking available. Buffet style Breakfast is simple but reasonable (hot and cold).

There was no view from our window. Coffee could be better.

It was a decent little hotel, 10 mins walk from the train station. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was alright.

It would have been nice to have more towels, there were one provided each for bathing and one for the hands, but none for the floor.

Peaceful location within walking distance to most places including Railway station. Decent breakfast and clean room.

We were allotted a disabled friendly room (though not asked for) and unfortunately the alarm kept going on and we had to be extra careful while near the lamp switch. Would have wanted atleast some more hand towels.
