The hotel is great for transit , easy to find it with big parking (actually great parking), enough space and secure with easy access . The personnel was smiling and ready to help, thank you! The internet speed was good as well. Decent breakfast, good coffee. Well located for a day walk in Gyor downtown (or one night when in the transit) .

Unfortunately the room we got was a bit tired meaning carpet, paint, bathroom and furniture . Also, a minimum of toiletry is supplied . On the other hand, there were no slippers and cleaning was meaning the replacement of the towels and emptying the trash bin . There is a charger type 2 , but we have been told that the price is 20 eur/night regardless the kwh you charge...normal should be per kwh . The dinner served in the restaurant is tasty but very limited and at 9:00 p.m. they were already cleaning the floor, tables, and preparing for the next day breakfast ... with the clients still eating&drinking so the message was ... go to bed Not the best experience for a long stay.(at least in our case)

Stayed only one night, but really like the hotel. Big and clean room, good breakfast, closed parking lot which meant a lot because we were travelling with a Thule box and needed a safe parking. Big bathroom, clean towels, toiletries. The hotel fulfilled our request for a baby crib and we are very thankful.

Not really a minus, but I would prefer some passive light in the room because of our baby, as all light sources were too bright and from the ceiling.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially front desk and restaurant staff are working hard for reply your demands. Very nice food in restaurant with reasonable prices. There is garden at the yard of the hotel and enough parking lots. The rooms are big enough. Not so luxurious but clean rooms.

The location of the hotel is a litlle bit far away from the Gyor center. Need a taxi to reach to the city center.

Big comfort room with enough space for two or even three person. Clean and fresh. Good location, very quite and calm area, 7 minutes walk to city centre. Have pool/spa/sauna. Gaming room if you coming with kids, you will find all the things inside.

Dont have a kettle in the room. (Sometimes need some tea in the evening)

- the room was spacious, taking into account that there was a double bed and an additional bed for our 9-year-old boy. I want to specify that the bed was added by the hotel staff, without us asking for it. very pleasantly surprised by this surprise from them. - classic but consistent breakfast - charging station available for a fee (20 euros for any battery you have)

The superior rooms are very nice, clean and definitely great value for money.

It was a bit cold in the room for me (I prefer my room a bit on the warmer side) and wasn't able to warm it up sufficiently before going to bed (I have to mention that I arrived late so I only had a couple of hours before sleep).

Private parking behind gates - very important for me, helpful staff - they fulfilled all our requests , Location not that far from city centre by foot - 15 minutes.

Is definitely not a 4* rated. More of a 3* plus. The restaurant where breakfast took place looks a bit outdated. Some seats upfront the bar are really tight and you are hitting chairs with other people. Also having some dining desks just by the entrance door is not ok. From food point of view OK- Could be more pastries options. Altogether a lower standard breakfast impression. Also the billiard and other hotel activities are paid - isn’t written nowhere on Booking - they should mention it. We did not have forints so we could not have a small entertainment for us.

The dinner. Dinner is served from 7 pm to 9 pm but a 7 also everything on the buffet was eaten so that we only got the remains. This is not what you expect by a restaurant that was rated in Gault Milaut. Also the spa was disappointing because the steam bath an the sauna weren’t working.

Very friendly staff who could speak both English and German. The room was cozy, and they even put a baby bed in for us (we didn't need it for our baby, but it was thoughtful of them).

I can't say really. After 15 hours on the road, we got there at 21:00 , checked in, and jumped into the shower, then slept. In the morning, we had breakfast, a great breakfast I must say, then left at 8:00. For what we needed, we have no complaints.

Clean, and comfortable (at least the renovated side), good food in the restaurant.

Food at breakfast was a little dry (covering it would have helped). Spa is in a different building, you need to go through the inner yard, we did not go).
